VERY- VERY HAPPY! On delivering a pizza with many toppings keep the pizza flat. Had one half cheese pizza and other half all the condiments. He was ahead of time by 20 minutes. A very great surprise.
Wouldn't entertain delivering slightly outside of delivery area as grubhub.com did that they bought out. I was speaking with 'ROGER' through online CHAT since they DO NOT have a phone number. VERY SHADY!... and ROGER disconnected chat before conversation was through. shipt.com will be getting my business from now on in regards to food delivery or ANY other company other than bitesquad. DO NOT waste your time with such unprofessionalism. Look at other online reviews, and DEFINITELY look for another FOOD DELIVERY service!
I was having a party and my guest showed up early and Bite Squad was right on time and friendly and the party went on without a hitch couldn't have done it with them. Thank you for all you do!
Weve used Bite Squad and another local service, and we prefer Bite Squad, hands down. They have a great selection of restaurants and are always prompt.
Food was supposed to be delivered at 9:15pm, and we got it at 9:02pm. Driver was polite, quick and really respectful. Couldnt have had a better experience.
First it was raining and cold. The driver was super friendly and unphased with the inclement weather. Order was correct and hot. I will be using again.

I am posting this review to relay what poor customer service this platform has. My family and I try our best to use such a platform in order to support local restaurants and drivers. One night, we ordered and we waited over an hour for food. The restaurant was closing soon and we called. The owner said he would wait for us because no one has arrived to pick up the order and it has been sitting ready for over 30 mins. I was chatting with customer support and verbalising the inconvenience. We arrived to the restaurant and the wonderful restaurant owner stayed open to meet us. Customer support within the chat verbalized that the driver was present picking up our order. We didn't see a driver at the restaurant. Per our discussion, we asked how bite squad could make it right and verbalized we would receive the full amount of our order and it will be credit to use on our next order. We thanked them and moved on. We now order again and we notice the credit was less than half of what was promised. We chatted with customer support and was basically blown off with copied and pasted messages apologizing for the inconvenience. FYI... they didn't even try to keep us as customers. If you can't fulfill a service, don't offer it at all. If you make promises to customers, keep them. Be honest with the customer. Bite squad has lost us as customers. It is unfortunate we won't be able to support these particular restaurants and drivers on this platform but we will with other services.
Stay away, you will pay for extra chicken and alvacado and never get it. Rip off! Why add extras? So you can pay for it and never get it, Happend to me several times.
Bitesquad is by far the biggest scam I have ever come across. I ordered from here once and drove for less than a month. Ever since, I have been charged $10 EVERY MONTH for eight months now. I have TRIED AND TRIED to email support, get on their live chat, email the local bitesquad address regarding these charges and hoping to cancel my account and I never once got a response the several DOZEN times I tried to reach out. That is, besides once, I acted like a new driver and just stated that I had some questions about driving. That was the ONE time I got a response up until my mother started reaching out and then they got real "helpful." They claimed I was signed up for the bitesquad unlimited, however, I never signed up for it and it also did not show so on my account. The guy reaching out to me even said something "shady" could be going on in my area, however it is evidently clear that this entire company is shady. They refuse to refund me the $80 they have stolen and clearly want to drain me dry. The guy even said they canceled this "unlimited membership" that I never signed up for and still proceeded to charge me yet again a week or two later. Do NOT make the same mistake I did driving for this company or putting money in their pockets. This is the biggest scam I have ever encountered and there is no doubt they are doing the same thing to hundreds if not thousands of other people.
Convenient, easy to order, but the ~1.5hr delivery time was a bit long. Maybe there weren't many active drivers that day. Nevertheless, I'd try it again.
Overcharged for Booking Fee and spent 60 minutes in a chat with a customer service rep who had no idea what they were doing. Will never use again.

This place is a scam and they are a very dishonest company. I have been ordering from them for a little bit now. I was trying to see if I liked them better than Chef Shuttle. I even signed up for their 10 dollar a month special. I ordered a dinner from firehouse for my family. They delivered the order and they were missing four items. I called the customer support number and was told that it would be resolved ASAP. An hour went by and my items were never delivered. Frustrated, I called back. I was once again told that my items would be delivered. Reluctantly I got off the phone and waited another hour. After that hour, I called and got no reply. I waited to the next morning to find out that the rep I spoke with marked it as resolved so the woman on the chat with me could do nothing to help me. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. THEY DID NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. They pretty much told me there was nothing they could do for me and to next time make sure I got my food before the end of the night. I do not know what else I could have done! Do not use this service. They are expensive and they do not deliver. They were also unwilling to rectify my order.
Fast delivery compared to other deliver companies Ive used and the food arrived not warm but hot and fresh. Very much enjoyed it.
