Ordered lunch on Friday, Dec 22nd for office - asked for 12:15pm delivery and at 12:14 got message that food had arrived. Hot and on time. Couldn't ask for more. And delivery person was very friendly and professional. Good job you guys.
I ordered dinner at 6:52pm. At 8:10pm I checked the app and it still said that they were confirming the order with the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they told me they didn't have an order for me and that they got really busy and stop taking orders from Bite Squad. I contacted Bite Squad and then they told me the same thing. I should have been notified immediately. I asked Bite Squad to cancel my order and they did and said that they were going to put the credit of over $50 on my Bite Squad account. I do not live in an area that has Bite Squad, so I asked them to credit my card and I received no response after that. Now I have over $50 on an app that I can't use.
Stay Away from Bite Squad: Bad Service
Warning: Do not use Bite Squad. What they won't tell you is that restaurants can refuse to take your order_ and they won't call to tell you. Tonight, I ordered from Firehouse subs for a house filled with people. After an hour, i contacted Bite Squad and they told me Firehouse refused the order because they were "short staffed." Yet not one person from Bite Squad called. The service was miserable. I would rather order from a Pizza Hut where I know the service is going to be crappy than Bite Squad that pretends to deliver food on time. Stay AWAY.
I always use Doordarsh and today I decided to use bite squad it was horrible, I placed my order my wait time was 30 to 40min. I waited 1 hour before contacting customer support their answers were the restaurant is too busy and they don't have the chicken you order, if you give us 30 more minutes we'll bring your order. I actually live 5 minutes away from the restaurant I place the order I go there almost every weekend it's always empty and fast service through drivetru today it was rainy and didn't feel like driving. At custome support they offered me bite squad credit for my order or to wait 5 days to receive my money back in my bank account. I'll rather wait 10 days for my money and never again use bite squad again. After waiting and hour I ended up going to the restaurant to get the food myself I was back home in 20 minutes. Bite squad is literally useless.
Ordering online is always quick and easy, and I LOVE the little progress bar that let's you know what stage your order is at! The food is always accurate and arrives hot, the driver is always on time and is very pleasant. A+ experience EVERY time!
My husband and I ordered from Humdinger's in Memphis. The Shrimp appetizers were fresh and still hot when our food arrived. The grilled zucchini was perfectly cooked. The breadsticks were absolutely awful. That wasn't Bite Squad's fault though-these bread sticks were QUITE stale, dry, and tough. Our Bite Squad driver was friendly and the Bite Squad portion of our dinner tonight was great. We will be repeat customers.
I'm typically in a different city almost every night with my job. I love being in the CLT area because I'm exhausted when I get to the hotel and BiteSquad saves the day with a decent delivery meal! Thanks, BiteSquad!
Our third Saturday night at home trying new dishes every time. Food is delicious, exactly as ordered and arrives piping hot. Drivers are courteous and pleasant.

Prompt and polite. We have used bite squad at least 3 times now. Once for 2 different locations. True to approximation of time of delivery. All drivers were very nice and well mannered.
Had a critical item missing from an order but they answered the bell, fixed the error and delivered beyond expectations Great job. Definitely use them.
BEWARE! As another patron said, 'You see the true nature of a company when you encounter a problem.' I used Bite Squad for meal delivery on a recent trip to Knoxville, Tennessee. Everything went great... until I got home and found ADDITIONAL, BOGUS CHARGES had been made by Bite Squad to my credit card! There is no phone number for Bite Squad (of course) so I spent a significant amount of time in an online chat with someone named 'Scarlet' who explained that they can basically charge whatever they want based upon their 'Terms & Conditions', which all consumers must agree to before using their service. Very bad company.
First using this company and was impressed with the quickness and driver very friendly. They did forget part of my order but overall it was a great experience. I will definitely use them again.
This is third time I've ordered from a restaurant not 5 mins away. It has been almost an hour and a half and they said another 30 minutes. It's really sad.
