All good, no problems whatsoever good value, easy to operate

My Optima battery gradually grew weaker and weaker so it now cant start the car after sitting over night without being on a battery tender. My car dealer checked out the car and determined the battery needs replacement. Still under the 3 year warranty, I contacted Bigtime Battery and they had me ship the battery to them. My shipping cost was $62. Three weeks later they told me the battery works fine. Yes, it can start the car but only if I keep the battery on a charger. They returned this useless battery to me. I have now bought an Interstate battery with no problems. They are NOT an authorized Optima dealer.

Made an order and they messed it up then cancelled it without asking me and then refunded me less than what I paid 👎 Shannon who dealt with it has a terrible attitude

I received my battery when they said it would be there. The box it was shipped in was in perfect condition. The box that the battery was in was all wet like the battery leaked, so I returned it.

Company did not honor 10% discount coupon as advertised, but battery price was still very reasonable.

The product I was looking for at a fair price. Different inferior brand shipped verses what was shown, but it fits and works for now.

$900+ battery with a 2 year warranty. Purchased Banshee lithium 100ah battery in August of 2020, and now it will not take a charge in April of 2023. *******@batteryjack.com states that I'm outside of the 2 year warranty window and will not help. So now I have a $900 paperweight. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If you want a $900 battery that lasts 2 years, go for it. Definitely not the savings claimed by the company.

Great batteries for a good price. If you don't know what you're looking for they will help you if you know what you're needing you can't beat the service.

I had purchased 2 batteries from this company and after 1 year they both died, in order to get a replacement the company makes you jump thru hoops to show them the battery is defective, I asked if i could just send a video of the seat off to show the red Banshee battery and try and start the bike and they said no you have to take it to a parts store or Walmart and have the battery tested, which I did and the test showed replace battery, but they said that the the battery was in the CCA parameters and they would not replace it. Seems to me it is pretty simple, if the battery will not start the bike it is defective and needs to be replaced.Do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and buy a battery for half price with the same CCA.

Excellent battery put it in my car with no problem and start up on the first try with no hesitation. Did not realize how compact and Heavy it is, what a refreshing concept.

They offered a decent battery for a decent price and free shipping. The new battery was in my Harley just days after placing the order. You can't judge a battery by its looks, so only time will tell if the interior construction and quality are up to the job. So far, I am very pleased.

My battery arrived the box was wet and my two batteries were wet with acid as well I called they emailed me back one time I have not heard anything else from them.

When reviewing my order I could not return to my original order submission. I couldn't tell whether I was duplicating my order or finishing my order.

It was difficult at first to get tracking and it got confusing what batteries i ordered vs what was shipped but I'm the end, it all turned out correct. I shouldn't be too critical because they were very helpful on the phone and my order turned out just fine and was delivered pretty quickly.

I ordered online and it was simple. Put in your bike and choices pop-up. I ordered my battery and received it quickly. Unfortunately the site had a glitch and ordered wrong battery. I called and emailed my issues. They help me with return without any hassle or interruptions. Very nice and respectful. Only bad thing is no exchange. You have to return for refund and order again. Either way it was easy and professional customer service.

It was good but I had to call for help to find out about when my order will be shipped and delivered. Beth was very nice and helpful.

Did not get the batterie I ordered I needed a battery so I kept it warrentynot as good

too fussy with the information and too awkward, making me return to cart when I corrected billing address, saying it was recalculating -- but there was not difference.
