I spent Top Dollar on lithium batteries from Big Time battery or battery Jack. They were all bad I've spent a year dealing with them and I'm not having any more dealings with them!
Ordered a 18v ion charger throw ebay which took me to battery jack/ bigtime Battery on Feb 1 2021, 4 months later I received the charger and to be disappointed that they sent a Nicd charger, contacted them for the correct charger and they told me they had ordered it, 3 months later called again there was no order placed so ordered another time oder was placed on the credit card then was canceled so yet again for the 4th time ordered again a 18v ion charger, this one comes again another Nicd charger yet another failure from this company, so call and the girl was being very rude trying to tell me it was my fault and tells me to shop else where, I do not recommend this company for staff do not care
You sell the best battery I have used on atvs. They are the best value and last better than any others I have used.

Ordered batterys from them on may 29th, got a call from them June 1st stating all was good and that my batteries would leave their Florida location today, arriving June 6th. Few moments later got a call from IL location stating that they could save me some money if I bought a different battery they had in stock at the IL location. I thought it was weird being I had already chatted with Florida location. I told the gentleman I would like to keep my original choice being they are what I have currently used for the last 7 years and have been happy with them. He said no problem and we ended the conversation. About 2 hours later I get a call from the manager in IL saying that I was going to have to pay an additional 150 due to them miscalculating shipping fees. My first thought was this is a scam, and something was wrong. I told the manger my concerns and asked her is I should cancel payment, she responded with I just refunded your card. I asked if I could speak to her manager so I can express my concerns and poor quality of service, she said I'm the owner. Wouldn't recommend tho is company, I found another place, saved 200 dollars, and shipping will be here a day sooner.
Product is packaged very well. Received product in a timely fashion. Would do business with this company again.
While this is an expensive battery, Bigtime Battery had the best price online or otherwise. Received it rather quickly, installed in 2012 Subaru Legacy in under 10 minutes and fired right up - no problems at all. Great buying experience!
Web site is very easy to use. The batteries were extremely well packaged and arrived sooner than anticipated. It was a great online purchase experience. Of course, you can't beat the Optima battery line.
Easy Shopping, good price, 2 year warranty and free shipping. Can't get better than that! Now we have to wait and see how product performs.

Battery charges full and holds charge as per spec. So far, no disappointments.
Site not very user friendly for finding motorcycle choice.
Batteries come damaged quite a lot due to thin and weak packaging and rough shipping handling. Battery posts get bent almost ever time in shipping.
Quick n easy to order. Just what I was looking for. It came sooner than expected with instructions on Warranty and returning an item. This is the kind of company I will deal with as long as they are in business...for sure.

Batteries showed up faster than I expected, and all seem to work just fine. Even in some tool that I haven't used for years! So nice to have reasonably prices batteries available from a source other that the manufacturer! I'm pleased.
