Shipping was free and relatively quick but the Banshee battery charger I received was very defective, the interior components were not connected, it felt like a box of rocks.screws were missing and the faceplate was falling off.I should know better than to purchase products made in China.
We called customer service and they quickly issued a refund..

When i ordered battery there was no estimate on when i would receive it, but it did come pretty quick.
Battery fit good,the connections a little tricky where as the bolt or nut were too short. The price was good at about half of some others. Time will tell how long the battery will last. Overall happy with purchase.

Very fast free shipping with no sales tax. This was an exact fit for my Polaris ATV.
Dealer wanted $170 + tax with a 6 month warranty. Bigtime $118 with 4 year warranty.
I would order from them again.

Follow-up... received the exact product I ordered and battery is working fine. Only minor complaint, no shipping information. It just "showed up" in the mail one day.

Great prices, Battery was for a jumper box, but does not seem to hold charged for more than one day. Full charge in about two hours, but next, only about 3/4 or so. Vast improvement over previous battery. (DEAD)

Liked it good prices, plenty of options in this case battery chargers to pick from. Other sites limited in choice, or what they allow you to see. Charger work well for lead acid batteries, but doesn't work at all for AGM batteries, checked several known good batteries. Charger locks up b4 you can switch modes and errors our.

Product arrived well packaged in a timely manner. First time I tried to use it, it doesn't work. Wiring was broke inside the wiring harness. Also noticed that this rating service is not apparently going to let me leave a negative review. This is my fourth attempt.

Would give no stars if possible. Terrible customer service, terrible quality of battery. Will never purchase from here again.
