Process was quick and simple. I'm very satisfied with the company and the way they handle everything. Unfortunately the battery ordered didn't fit my bike, even though it was what Harley Davidson and this website called for. The people at big time battery are great just call them to confirm the size before completing your order and I'm sure you'll be satisfied also.

I bought these batteries for my old Sears Craftsman heavy duty drill to drill many holes in each stump that I poured epson salts into to cause each stump to deteriorate to the point where red ants and termites would finish the stumps off by spring and save me over $2000 in stump grinding costs.
The batteries survived this task, successfully charged, and are ready and able for more "stump combat". A definite good purchase.
The battery I ordered was a perfect replacement for my Yamaha. It came very quickly, charged and with a neat little charger to help keep it that way. It has a 2 Year warranty, more than many batteries twice its price. Hope I won't need it, but based on my purchase experience with Bigtime Battery I trust it would be handled well.
The person on the phone was patient and helpful. She assisted me in finding the correct model no. So I could be sure to order the right tool. I then received my batteries sooner than expected, packed well and in excellent condition. Plugged it into my drill right away and used it that day to hang up some outside planter on the house that have been waiting for me to get my drill fixed. So glad I found them on your site. Good product. Excellent price. I immediately put it to use 7 days ago...and it is still working. Consider the a gadget that does the same thing is 42 bucks in a national known "discount" store.
Easy to use but can not find the type of shipping. Where i live it makes a difference. Need to know if usps or ups.
This is a great company to work with. Got what I ordered, fit and works well. If I had to complain I would say the bat last about half what the factory bat did and they don't mention the Mil-Amp rating.

Ordered two batteries,one worked, one did not, waiting for exchange of battery to be sent to me.customer services called is right back on next business day to say they would exchange the battery.
It's been four days.
Everything was fine amd it arrived in a decent time, but nowhere did I see how long it's going to take for me to get my shipment. Is it coming out of China for 20 days, or is it in the US and ships soon?
One of two batteries had leaked some battery acid into package. Batteries were poorly charged reading only 11.81 on volt meter. I have not put them into service yet thus can not comment on quality/ durability.
I was hoping to get a 6 volt battery, and you don't carry them. I was a bit taken aback because the battery didn't fill the entire case on the 'big bear' 4 wheeler. (which made me fear that it was not truly an exact match of original equipment.) It does seem to start the engine fine.
My order was reasonably priced and was delivered fast. I would definitely buy from Big Time Battery again!

Your customer service is great. Emailing about my order was easy, and replies were prompt, professional and courteous. Delivery time was awesome. It was just unfortunate that the battery was not the correct one to work with my Dyson cordless vacuum, so I had to return it. Even there, returning it was no issue. My refund notification came promptly. I have told others at my workplace about your site, and in the future I would definitely return for products that I need.

Easy checkout, low prices. ONLY con is that dimensional differences between new batteries and the original tool batteries made locking and releasing the batteries from the tools were slightly more difficult. They did fully engage the tool, but the catch did not hold as well, but the friction fit held them in place. With minor massaging of the catch, they work just fine! I can accept the small inconvenience because the price and otherwise satisfactory nature of the product.
Customer service was fast and helpful.
But the shipping was slow,
Had to call twice to find out where my order was and when it would be shipped.
Never received a email with tracking number.
Just a email once they got here.
