Was surprised the batteries with 50% more power, were 50% longer, and didn't fit into my two cell drill without removing the locking caps. Wish someone had mentioned that before I ordered them. When one reviewer said they were a direct fit for the same battery number I needed, I ordered them. I'll have to make do, but wish they were the same size as my original batteries. I'd sacrifice 50% more power for batteries that fit my drill correctly!
Great prices for this battery! I didn't seem to be able to add the rush shipping for $2.99? I actually received my awesome little generator battery so quickly I didn't need rush shipping! As an overseas purchaser, it would be nice if shipping charges were included in the original payment rather than as a separate transaction. Perhaps this option can be added to the payment system in an update?
After first shipment hiccup, goods were resent USPS Priority but, due to Coronavirus, they were delayed.
They arrived, nonetheless, in working state. These special batteries were required for a military instrument which has been brought out of retirement. They are not, currently, available in the UK.

I received my battery soon after ordering and the company was careful in packaging my merchandise. It was triple wrapped in bubble wrap. I took it straight from the package to my elliptical and my machine started right up. I will use this company again and I will recommend them to my friends.

Thought I'd try a lithium ion ATV battery on Honda Foreman with a winch. Received it in just a couple of days from order. Have not installed it yet. Product looks great and has a great warranty. All my questions were answered when I called. Thx!
I was told that the items were on back order and given two choices. A) cancel my order or B) leave order as is and receive a %10 discount. I chose B, but at this time I have seen NO discount. Granted, they obviously got the items in stock much quicker than they expected, but that should not change anything. I kept my part of the deal and left my order remain on their books.

The battery bank maintainer worked well, for years I was cycling a charger thru inventory, now in two rounds of hookups all inventory is topped off. Scan tool battery fit and worked.

The battery (for a go kart) was damaged in shipping and it only took one phone call, an email with picture and a new battery immediately shipped.
2 year warranties are non existent on motorcycle/go kart batteries in my state. My Big Time motorcycle battery purchase lasted 13 months. I called them, performed two requested tests, emailed the results and again a new battery was immediately shipped. The new battery has now been providing 15 months of uninterrupted service. I am very pleased with their batteries and service.
