Seems like the item will work for my husbands bike it's listed that it will. I hope with the note part it will be easy for them to know what bike we have so if there's any issue like wrong parted they will call and let me know. Depends on the level of customer service if they read the note at all

Shopping for batteries has proven to be very confusing. While a general review of items didn't provide what I needed, a specific search did. Not sure why that would be. Got what I needed and works great.

It was ok. Nothing special about the shopping experience.
After getting the battery and installing it, I then looked for more lithium batteries for other vehicles and noted a limited range of choices.

It was a very pleasant experience. I called to place the order and the gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful and make sure that I got the right battery for my Makita which is over 25 years old. I received the order sooner than I expected. The follow up exceeded my expectations. I wish all the other vendors I deal with where this well organized and cared about their customers.

Super convenient ordering. Considerably lower price than I had earlier paid. I believe in carrying an AED in my personal car, however the previous costs of batteries had me re-considering. BigTime should changed that paradigm for me. Thanks

Customer service needs attention. Called three times for tracking information and they gave me the wrong tracking number. Also when I got confirmation of my order they said they would be a series of emails with tracking information and delivery information. Those emails never came! Battery fit and works. Curious about how and if they cover warranty if needed

I should have paid more attention to the reviews, they were right, this battery doesn't fit properly, it is too large. I hope it does not break my battery box. I would not recommend, or buy from this company again.

Purchase was quick and easy, though the Amazon checkout option didn't work for me. I received the package in the time frame expected and in good shape. It appears to be a high quality battery, and I got it for an excellent price and with free shipping. Very happy.

Perfect replacement battery for my wife's 883 Iron

I thought I had completed the orders but did not receive an email confirmation. Went back and noted there was one more "confirm" button and had to re-enter the order to complete I hope that doesn't mean I will get two. My fault.

Added to above two weeks later: the battery that arrived was defective, would not take a charge. A return ticket was sent to me immediately. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it will be some time before another battery will be available. Not the dealer's fault.

Best price I could find on the internet plus fast shipping. I installed the battery and it started the bike right up. I figure it should last at least 2 years witch is about what motorcycle batteries seem to last.

Very easy so far. The delivery was not good, as fed ex delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily I have honest neighbors. Installation was not bad, but the bolts sent were too short and I had to reuse the old ones. After that it was just getting everything to line up. The bike started first time and so far since.

For some reason the site emptied my cart, then had 2 in it. I had to correct it to 1. But otherwise all was good. Received my order in good shape and it fit the application. Battery arrived fully charged. It arrive 1 day later than stated but that is most likely due to the post office delivery times and routes.

So far so good, found what I needed and checkout was simple. If they ship as quickly as it took to buy I will be thrilled.
Follow up is that I received the battery way sooner than expected and it works great. Time will tell on the life of the product, but I am very impressed and would highly recommed this company.

The product fits and is perfect for what it's designed to do. I had some issues with tracking and when I called to find out the status no one seem to know what was going on with the delivery. I was told twice that I would get a return call, but it never happened.
