Web site easy to find and ordering was very easy and straight forward. No problems encountered. I received my battery exactly on the day they said I would. It was fully charged and ready to go. After installing it in my moped I turned the ignition key and it had lots of power to crank and start the motor immediately. I am very pleased and recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.
The battery life so far is not 4 hours. I tried charging it for 24 hours and the most I got was 90 minutes. I was advised to keep trying it for a week so hopefully the charge time will increase. I AM happy that customer service response is so quick. I love the headset. I find it much more comfortable and easy to use compared to some of the top brand ones. I just hope it gets to a point where it can remain working for more than 90 minutes.
The batteries were received and work fine. The order process and checkout were easy. The $2.99 express fee was charged twice ($5.98) for one order-misleading (or an error?). I contacted he company to sell my used batteries (two recharg. 14.4 v Hitachi power batteries). No one called me back.
Great shopping experience! Only problem was the lugs on the battery were smaller than the original so I had to replace the connectors and that was my fault. If buying for Schwinn S-500 check out lug size.
Order process went smoothly. Ear buds alittle uncomfortable, round might be better. But overall sound,fit,reception and price make it a great value. Also if band was adjustable the fit might be better.

Received shipment of batteries in a very timely manner. Only issue was one battery was defective and had a low voltage. That is being resolved however. I received a RMA the very next day with a return shipping label after contacting them. From my experience so far, I completely expect the replacement very soon. Showing great customer service to date.
Fast, simple, free shipping, too good to be true... Battery was the tightest fit humanly possible for my 05xb12r, but it did fit with some work. It came charged, started right up, and the best feature us the 3 year warranty. So far so good.
New battery came rather quickly, 3 days. But no matter how low the price was, a defective "out of the box" failure is not good. Bad first impression. Battery on had +10.1 volts on it, under load (key on bike on) falls to +8.1 VDC. Not what anyone expects when they receive a new battery!

When installing the battery I noticed the bolt holes in the battery posts were a little misaligned, which caused me to have to make a slight modification in order to attach my battery clamp to one of the posts. Not a big deal. Now I'll use it and see how long it lasts.
I needed a new battery for an ATV and reviewed many websites to compare batteries for value, quality, and company services. I chose BigTime Battery and have been absolutely amazed by the time in filling my order, communications of tracking number, and ease of doing business with. I placed an order on 08/23/2021 at 8:15 pm, received an email on 08/24/2021 at 10:40 am notifying me my order had been filled, a tracking number assigned and shipped via FedEx for delivery. FedEx notified me on 08/24/2021 at 4:45 pm that my order would be delivered on 08/25/2021. On the morning of 08/25/2021 around 10:00 am I received another email from FedEx that delivery had been made. I looked for the package but was not able to locate it. I contacted FedEx at 3:00 pm on 08/25/2021, they stated their records indicated the package was delivered and would need to open a loss case which was done. I called BigTime Battery and spoke to representative Joelle at 3:20 pm on 08/25/2021. I told Joelle about the situation, she explained they would look into the situation from the shipper side. Joelle reassured me not to worry that aside from the inconvenience of a longer delivery time BigTime battery would make sure I received my order. That is what I call GREAT customer service and instilling confidence you are working with a GREAT business! Joelle told me of previous deliveries being recorded as delivered but not actually delivered until a day or two later by FedEx?
Update: I had to leave my residence to do some errands and upon my return around 6:00 pm 08/25/2021 found my order delivered (at the location indicated by the earlier FedEx email)? Not sure if Joelle or BigTime battery checked with FedEx and made things happen but, I received my order just as promised!

Very easy product search. Very easy order and checkout process! Oh for joy! I received my battery in a timely manner. It was the the dimensions as advertised, so it will fit my bike perfectly. When I used my voltmeter, it popped-up to 12.7 volts. (12.8 volts is a full charge.) I am very pleased with the battery thus far. I will let you know how it performs later. By the way, I checked the battery two other times days apart, and it is still popping-up to 12.7volts! Thanks big time battery!

The battery seems to be great so far, perfect fit and it works. The only thing remaining is whether it will last but with a 2 year warranty from "Bigtime battery" I'm sure it will. Great company to do business with, perfect in all respects.
They seem honest and competent... and their batteries work! The prices are low enough to make me wonder about quality... but both of the kindle batteries ive purchased (one for Fire HD and one for Kindle DX) appear fresh and hold a charge very well.

Battery size is very slightly larger than the original Black and Decker Versa Pac batteries. They charge and work, but the fit is very snug in my recharger, drill and screwdriver. I have to get them out with a pliers...
