Product came well packed, on time (free ground from IL to AZ was 5 business days), and with a 30-day store guarantee. Would buy from bigtimebatteyr.com again. As far as product goes, it has great sound with good bass, is great for studio sounds, listening to music, and playing online games. For hearing voices it is not a professional studio headset, but for overall great sound in music listening, etc., these are perfect. Bluetooth feature works well. Not able to turn off the built-in mic, so if you're recording with a separate mic, your listeners (or who you're talking to thru headset) will hear other room sounds/feedback coming through the built-in mic. So far, others can also hear many other background/feed noises coming thru built-in mic (without use of separate mic). I think these are perfect for awesome sound for music/game listening. They are also comfortable.

Still 5 stars after getting my batteries. However I went with 4 stars on just one category because when I purchased the batteries, the description said Energizer and so did the packing receipt; yet when I got the cells, nowhere on the package or batteries themselves did it say Energizer. Still, the batteries work and I am satisfied.

Once I received the order I was disappointed to find that the battery manufacture date was 4/19 which means it's nearly a year old already. Also it was manufactured in China. I assumed I would get a new battery when I spoke to the CSR. I had to put it on a charger fro 24 hours to bring it up to a full charge and I hope it will preform well.
This will be my third Optima purchased through Bigtime Battery. Best price I've found by FAR. And first two still going strong, so I definitely recommend Bigtime, and have recommended to friends already.
Directions could have been a little more explicit about the make up of the charger.I had to call with a question as to how long can I leave the batteries hooked up being that we will be gone for 7 months and I was ashurd it would be fine. That's not too reassuring but I have to go with that assumption

It says free shipping on your website and nowhere is there a place for me to click to see where it is. I received another note that says "free shipping" if I use the code "startingover" or something like that but the print was so small I could not read it easily.
Placing an order on your site is difficult. Inputting customer info is hard to navigate to and complete. Finally found a way to pay (PayPal) and quickly clicked it, so I could complete the transaction. Hope I only pay once for the 2 batteries I need.

Painless process to make the order and it arrived in a reasonable period of time. Haven't installed it yet but I assume we will get a reasonable period of use. If it lasts as long as the warranty it will have lasted 12 times longer than its predecessor.
