The website was easy to use and provided all of the information needed to match up the replacement battery. The batteries arrived sooner than I had expected (a pleasant surprise). They fit and work well in the battery powered tools.

The headset I received initially had a broken ear muff. I emailed them and they responded immediately by sending another headset right away, but that one had a terrible buzzing in the ear, like a feedback problem. Not high quality products I guess?

Website kept giving me the incorrect number of units ordered.

Website also stated the address on my PayPal account didn't match.
After rebooting computer a couple of times, all went well.

Update! Guess what? They DO work! And work just as well as a brand new Makita battery at less than half the cost. This appears to be an excellent buy because Makita power drills last for a very long time. They help build excellent raised gardening beds! I've had the Makita drills for a long time, but they are still just as good as when I bought them. It's just that the batteries started to fail one by one. Now I've got enough battery power to last for a few more years. Thanks Big Time Batteries for providing a sensible cost solution to my problem. I didn't need a new drill. I needed a new set of batteries.

Got the battery in about 4 days, but arrived damaged. It's terminals also are set back from the battery edge, requiring extenders, not included with the battery. I called Bigtime and they said they would send a replacement.
Got it fast... My only concern is that my old battery doesn't show 3 connection pins, just 2. My daughter has my hedge trimmer, with the old battery, so I haven't had a chance to test out the new battery if it will work on my trimmer.
We are very happy with the batteries which we are using to replace the original ones in our battery powered lawn mower. The price was reasonable and we received them sooner than expected. We would definitely do business with BigTime Battery again.
Amanda was helpful on the phone answering our questions. Although our order was delayed, due to a delivery from factory, we were very happy with the price of our batteries. Codie was also good with assisting us in getting our order delivered.
Thus far it was a little perplexing with all the info they wanted. I just have to be patient with this new technology. However, once I got it together it was ok.

I bought this battery for my FXRP Harley Davidson 1990. It barely fits in. I've got about a quarter inch clearance between it and the frame. The bolts that came with it are to short, no spacers included. I'm having to use a piece of rubber on top to keep it from shorting out to the frame. The terminals aren't the best quality either. The good stuff, web site has a good selection, easy to order from, the price was less than any other site. The battery did start my bike right up. Over all they probably just don't need to list my bike as one it fits.
Several options to pay. Quick, easy check out. 1 problem though...I was immediately charged but never received a tracking number or any information about why my order was not processed or sent out until I emailed them. The response was backordered and I should've been told, I received nothing regarding. My order shipped out the next day. I received it a day earlier than projected.
I ordered the battery on Friday.
I had a coupon for free delivery and it said it would take between 7 and 10 days. I was ok with that.
I got no message that the battery had been sent by the end of Monday. Tuesday, I wrote and was told that their Monday had been busy and that the battery would be sent on Tuesday. I expected a long wait and was not too happy about the prospects but understood as the order was late Friday.
It arrived Wednesday. I was elated. I figure the fella had made the mistake right and sent it on a faster route. I will do business with these people again.
Regarding the ordering process: The final submit button probably needs to be a brighter color, as it's extremely easy to overlook... and I thought I had already placed the order. I had to come back and start over, as PayPal was no longer showing up as a payment option.
The battery on the website did not fit my bike (terminals on wrong side of battery) as shown on the site. I contacted the company and received NO RESPONSE. I had to modify my bike to get the battery to work.
Poor customer service. Would rather pay more than not have support when there is an issue.
This was a thoroughly satisfactory experience. I easily found the battery I needed, it was a great price, and it is working wonderfully. So nice not to have to replace an complete tool just because the battery conked out.

Was surprised when batteries arrived, not the same batteries showing on website. Website showed Milwaukee branded batteries, the batteries I received are generic brand, no name!
They seem to work fine so that's the main thing.
