As far as ordering everything went very quickly and easily now waiting to get the battery. Ok received the battery and everything was just as it was supposed to be. I am very satisfied and hope too not have any issues with this battery. If so we will see just how good the warranty stands by it's promises but hope this never has too be used.

The 12V battery is supposed to be compatible with my craftsman drill. I recharged it with the craftsman 12V charger. The red light on the charger never turned green (sign for charged) after many hours of charging. The drill seems to work. Let me know if I missed something here.

The person on the phone was very helpful. It would be better if the pic in the ad showed both sides of the battery. Now if the battery holds up as advertised i will be delighted. Ask me again how I like you in 18 months.

You guys did a great job. Especially smart the way you packed a box IN a box with the weight a bit off center. I'm sure this made it much easier for the delivery person to carry.

I called for assistance as I could not figure out some of the online information or either there just wasn't enough information. Once I spoke with the ladies taking calls, I felt safe in placing my order.

The transaction and delivery were good to great. The quality of the item was at best fair. There were things I had to fix and I never like that on what should be a brand new product.

I likely would not buy the item again because of that.

Easy to order, item works but most plug in points are too low and not well placed to be able to get any use out of the camera. I will find a use for it but it was not as easy to set up on computer as I believe the info on the sales page led you to believe. Also, the instructions that came with it are not really understandable so I went on your webpage and printed out the ones there and they were usable!

I unfortunately, opened the package this weekend and found that I had received the wrong battery. Do not know if I miss read the material at the time of order or not. Received a battery for 10 inch Kindle Fire and have an 8 inch Kindle Fire. Need to make a switch.

This unit came very fast. I used it to charge my two deep cycle agm batteries. I'm very impressed with the quality and fast charge rate. Compared to others I researched this was the best bang for the buck. Time will tell how well it holds up. For the time I'm very happy and would recommend to others.

Good price, like the free shipping, was on back-order but I received very current info via email and a phone call with a promise of the new ship date, and it was spot on! Very customer-friendly and professional!

It's so difficult to find the Versa-pak battery any more much less one that has more capacity than the original Gold series! Will be putting it to the test soon - charged for 24 hrs after receipt.

Question - do you take old Versa-paks for remanufacture? ( you may edit this question out if you plan to publish my comments.

I already put the battery to use and it worked very well. I would recommend this replacement battery to everyone. This company is well worth buying all your battery needs from. 5-star rating for everything!

I ordered a battery that your site said was in stock. After a week i called in and it was never in stock. No proactive notification what so ever. I was then told it would be shipping the following tuesday. I called again on thursday and again on back order and no fn proactive notification. I ended up cancelling due to complete incompetence.

Satisfied with the purchase and value. Carton battery charger was in was very crushed when delivered but outer box not damaged. The charger was bounced around in warehouse or by person packing charger. Also no paperwork for warranty or directions for use missing. Otherwise satisfied with purchase.

Great easy to use registering and ordering. Very quick shipping time, my batteries arrived within a few days of my having placed the order. With only a few days of working with them, the batteries I ordered are great and seem to be better than the original batteries that came with the Black and Decker trimmer.

What really turned me on was 3 year warrantee, The price was also excellent, so if it is all good it is a win win situation. When it arrived probably during the mail it had been dropped on the positive terminal so I had to try to bend it back out and then make the hole round again, but otherwise I am really happy with the product.

My drill may not be fixable, b/c the battery I ordered didn't help. But Bigtime Battery is sending another battery--on their dime--just in case it's the fault of the battery. Bigtime Battery has given me great service--above & beyond. I highly recommend them.
