Great price on my battery. Shopped around on line and they had the best price! Then the shipping was unreal FAST. I ordered the battery on Friday evening and I got it Monday morning WOW... Don't hesitate to purchase from this company at all. I live in Florida and I got it on Monday that's fast shipping and the price was the lowest on line. Thanks so much, I will definitely buy from them again

So far so good. Then I received the battery and it looked like it has been sitting around on the shelf a long time (some stains and debris)and it didn't have a date sticker on it but only time will tell. Tom

I was initially shipped the wrong battery, but I responded by email per the instructions in the package. Angie responded in short order, sent out the correct battery, sent me confirmation that replacement was shipped with a new tracking number, and got everything sorted out fast. Great Customer Service!

I have had a hard time finding the battery I need in stock. I called and was told the battery is in stock and would be shipped out ASAP once I place my order. I appreciate being able to talk to someone and knowing the company is legit and carries what they say they carry. Easy process for check out. Will return!

Website was a pain to use when it came to checking out... wouldn't accept either of my cards so ultimately had to use paypal. Was trying to support a smaller business instead of ordering from walmart but ended up being quite the headache. Now I see that it may take 72 hours to ship my order... that stinks. Otherwise price ended up being very competitive and order did arrive very promptly. Would buy again from bigtimebattery!

I discovered that the battery offered on your web site was not in fact available for the price you advertised. I had to call Zack to get to the reality of the matter. In the end, I did not get what I wanted, and was sent the battery anyway which I called about and had to make a special trip into the post office to return it to you. Poor experience!

The items were delivered on time and packaged very well to prevent damage. I have used my impact driver after charging and installing a new battery and have the power and torque equal to what I had when the impact driver was new several years ago.

Wonderful help on my phone call to the company. Provided information that helped me understand exactly what I needed. Placed my order on the website & it was easy to negotiate and to place my order.
Quick delivery of my order.

The color I ordered was out of stock and I was never notified. When I called you I was told it was not in stock and I agreed to a different color. Got the device, it worked exactly 4 days and stopped. Now it wont charge or play for more than a few seconds. Would like a refund or replacement. *******852

Very easy to order. I had the receipt for the last battery purchase I ordered, so I just entered that data and went straight to checkout.

The only problem I had with the new battery is that it tends to fall out of the drill. It doesn't quite lock into the base way the old one did.

The ordering and product delivery were fine. However, there was an apparent glitch and I received an email saying I had to complete the order. After contacting customer service they assured me that the order was good and the product was on its way, which it was.

Received the batteries sooner than I anticipated. They had a partial charge in them so I put them in the drill and used them to drill several holes before charging them. So far very satisfied with there products.

I was uncomfortable that I couldn't find an actual address for this company, however... the website and order process was very easy to use and the best price I could find anywhere. The product (batteries) arrived on time, are new, and work like a charm.
