Website is difficult to use Battery arrived DOA so my neice could not use the scooter during her visit. Spent a lot of time messing with it to get it to work. I hope the replacement battery is checked before sending. If not I'll request a refund and purchase locally. Richard was very helpful!
Placing the order was relatively easy and I like the Amazon pay link. Battery arrived on time and ready for use. It was packaged well and the package was in good condition when it arrived. I suggest putting the warranty paper on top of the order or attached to it. I almost discarded the warranty information with the packing material as it was in the bottom of the box. I would make a purchase from you in the future, based on this experience.
Purchased this for a 2012 Prius C after the old battery died@ 70k miles, which Amazon stated "would fit". While mostly true, two modifications needed to be made before it could be installed: The handle needs to be removed (no biggie), and the car's metal mounting bracket needed to be shaved down an inch or so in order to fasten it in place. I instead of shaving down the metal bracket I used a drill and made the hole bigger on the lower bracket and it gave just enough space for the nut to grip the mounting bolt.
I'll update this review if it dies before the warranty expires.

For my house alarm system I followed the OEM manual and replaced my old battery because a trouble light came on. I replaced the battery months ago but the light is still on. The system works so I am half happy.

Shopping experience was great. Called to get a replacement for an out of stock item. Replacement was a better battery at the same price with a longer warranty. Will continue to shop with Battery Jack.
The first S9 Bluetooth I received has the inside plastic loose. I contacted Bigtime Battery and told them the problem. Cust Service said don't worry about it, they will send out a replacement. I requested a return shipping lable. Was told there was no reason to return the defective unit.
The new S9 has been received and in use.

Have a little trouble navigating the site but that that happens to me
Somehow I thought I was ordering a AGM charger and received a battery and a small charger. Both are useless to me. Probably costs too much to return them. Paperwork sent with them has no company information at all. Frustrated!
Of coarse I won't know about the quality of the product until it arrives; but, the ordering experience has been fantastic so far, The price is about half of what I've been seeing. I hope it turns ou to be a quality product...
Only negative I can make is that you should put the installation instructions regarding the use of the top spacer under the battery to raise it up in a separate note, attached to the top of the battery. I removed the spacer and it's protective cover, installed the battery in our Subaru and discovered that the battery hold downs would not work because the battery was not tall enough. After researching the problem I removed the battery and used the spacer to make the installation work properly. I am a retired FAA A&E licensed technician and follow instructions religiously.
Said they had battery in stock, would ship that day. Would have it for sure in one week when I needed it.
Waited one week then called, why don't I have it. Many different stories. Would ship that day or next, shipped on fourth day. Received one week late in good condition.
This was my first time to use this website. I quickly found the products I needed and the price's competitive, and I received my order in quick-time. Overall very pleased and I would recommend Bigtime Battery.
Good price and the battery was delivered promptly and came charged, unlike some higher priced factory ones which you needed to add the acid too. I am satisfied. Only complaint would be the screws that came to fix the cables to the battery posts were so small they actually slipped through the eye on the cable end...needed washer. Also they were very short, maybe about 10mm. So there would only be clearance for one cable on a post. My bike has a main cable, an eye end cable for the headlights, and a small wire for the light kit. I had to go to home depot to get a 16mm bolt and then use a couple washers. Zinc was the only option would have liked to have a long enough aluminum bolt accompany the battery for the basic extras most bikes have. I do notice the immediate start up now and am very satisfied with the price I paid plus doing it myself.
The battery is fit and works perfectly on my motorcycle just as its advertised posted on Bigtime Battery.
I am satisfied with the price and the speedy delivery. However I haven't had a chance to use the product yet. I'm sure that I will also be happy with the performance of the charger for the price that I paid.
