Customer service is friendly and really customer focused. 1st Optima battery was back ordered, customer service kept me up to date. Banshee motorcycle battery arrived quickly. Just ordered 2 Optima batteries for my pickup. Anticipating the same level of service.
While this battery claims to be heavier than others with more lead, it is actually lighter than the AGM competition. Also, the terminals are made of soft lead and do not hold the motorcycle wires with the provided thin screws. The terminals need to be tapped out to a larger size, which can hold through 1-2 cycles of disconnecting/reconnecting. But they strip by the 3rd cycle. It's been less than two years for a six year battery warranty. I would stick with quality brands with stainless terminals in the future.
Ordered an Optima battery over 10 days ago. Someone called to verify my address 7 days ago and still haven't received the battery. Sent an email to their company and haven't received a response back. Tried calling their phone number and nobody answers the phone.
Will never use this company again.
I received my battery when they said it would be there. The box it was shipped in was in perfect condition. The box that the battery was in was all wet like the battery leaked, so I returned it.
Do not order their battery they are cheap they are wrong-sided and then when you call to try to get it exchanged by their 100% guarantee they will not replace it saying that you are in the wrong when it said that it's supposed to fit, also wanted me to send a leaking battery back that wasn't charged and didn't work when I did get it hooked up pulling the wires. You can't send it through the mail because it's leaking and they wanted you to go against that. The picture of the battery is after I took it out turn it upside down and turn it back up and stuff come out.
I located my motorcycle on the website. The description was complete and accurate. Delivery to my home was quick and the battery was packaged perfectly. I am super happy with the price.

I Received the battery in perfect condition. The terminals of the new battery from bigtimebattery.com are different than the original. The positive & negative cables on the original battery are "Side Mounted" & the battery I received has top mounted terminals, but I was able to make the installation with a little bit of persistence. All is well. I now, finally, have a "Fired Up" Harley, thanks to bigtimebattery.com! YEAH!

Correct size.
But... the 2 terminal blocks, that are threaded and are to be inserted into the battery connection points, did not fit correctly. The bolts did not line up with the hole on the battery. The option was to file down the block or file away the "stop" on the battery terminals. The same battery two years ago did not have the "stop" molded in the terminals. Instead the threads were cast into the terminal. Better design, I believe.

BigTime Battery shipped me the wrong battery (Their fault)
Supervisor told me the correct battery would ship the day I called to report the wrong battery was received
3 days later I learned that BigTime Battery would not ship me a new battery until the wrong battery was picked up
Wrong battery has still not been picked up and I still don't have a new battery. I did everything right and am now paying the price of frustration for doing business with BigTime Battery. I cancelled my order and also revoked payment via paypal.
