Customer service is friendly and really customer focused. 1st Optima battery was back ordered, customer service kept me up to date. Banshee motorcycle battery arrived quickly. Just ordered 2 Optima batteries for my pickup. Anticipating the same level of service.

Tip for consumers:
Courteous customer service. Good Prices. Good products and choices.
