Ordered an Optima battery over 10 days ago. Someone called to verify my address 7 days ago and still haven't received the battery. Sent an email to their company and haven't received a response back. Tried calling their phone number and nobody answers the phone.
Will never use this company again.

My Optima battery gradually grew weaker and weaker so it now cant start the car after sitting...
