Bigtime Battery

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a lithium ion battery that only lasted 6 months. Emailed them and they gave me directions on taking battery to a local auto parts store for battery testing and send them results. So i did what they asked with paper receipt and pictures and everything and they told me that they could not send me another battery because the testing was not done right. HORRIBLE customer service buyer beware dont do business with big time battery as i will never in the future. Better off going to a local store..

$900+ battery with a 2 year warranty. Purchased Banshee lithium 100ah battery in August of 2020, and now it will not take a charge in April of 2023. *******@batteryjack.com states that I'm outside of the 2 year warranty window and will not help. So now I have a $900 paperweight. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If you want a $900 battery that lasts 2 years, go for it. Definitely not the savings claimed by the company.

I had purchased 2 batteries from this company and after 1 year they both died, in order to get a replacement the company makes you jump thru hoops to show them the battery is defective, I asked if i could just send a video of the seat off to show the red Banshee battery and try and start the bike and they said no you have to take it to a parts store or Walmart and have the battery tested, which I did and the test showed replace battery, but they said that the the battery was in the CCA parameters and they would not replace it. Seems to me it is pretty simple, if the battery will not start the bike it is defective and needs to be replaced.Do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and buy a battery for half price with the same CCA.

Wasn't sure where I bought my HD battery from but I contacted Big time and they looked it up threw my email and replied back that it was about 3 months from out of warranty. So what was my next step ship it back or what? They replied back to have it checked at my local parts store and send them a copy per text message, so I did it showed it was dead, after reviewing the readings they replied back that they would be sending out a full replacement at no charge. I want to thank big time for being a number one place to do business this is the kind of stuff that earns a customer for life. Thanks a lot

Paid $230.00 for Lithium motorcycle battery it lasted 7 months, return shipping cost me $16. Waited a week after their delivery with no information on return from them. Contacted them only to be told battery not in stock, two week wait or lose more money with prorated refund.
Terrible customer service. Warning purchase from anyone but these guys.

I ordered online and it was simple. Put in your bike and choices pop-up. I ordered my battery and received it quickly. Unfortunately the site had a glitch and ordered wrong battery. I called and emailed my issues. They help me with return without any hassle or interruptions. Very nice and respectful. Only bad thing is no exchange. You have to return for refund and order again. Either way it was easy and professional customer service.

I ordered a battery from these guys 2 years ago, with a 3-year warranty for my ATV. Two weeks ago i went out to start my ATV and the battery was dead as could be. Well as warranties go I thought here we go i would not get this battery replaced under the warranty. Well, let me tell you Bigtime Battery was great. They put a replacement in the mail the next day after I call them, US mail two-day priority. Well of course it got lost in the mail. After a week I called them back up, told them I had not received the battery. They FedEx me one two-day priority. You can not go wrong ordering from these people they stand behind they products.

I purchased a banshee battery for my Harley from Bigtime Batteries almost 3 years ago and recently had a problem with it. I called the company they told me to get it checked. The battery showed fully charged but showed dead when you put a load on it. I sent them this information one day and they responded the next day and told me that it was under full warranty and they would send me a new battery. Personnel were courteous and professional and I could not believe they honored their warranty with no questions asked. What a great company this day and time. I would not buy batteries from anyone else in the future. Their warranties are also longer than any place I could find locally. Thanks much!

Shipping was quick I received my battery in less than a week I installed it that same day worked perfectly

Purchased a battery for my 03 Sportster. It lasted one year and went bad. My battery came with a two year warranty so contact customer service they sent out a new one great. Well that was last year now New battery went bad as well. Talk to customer service and they said oh we replaced it once and your warranty ran out so your Sol.
I told them there batteries are junk and will never purchased another one from them. They didn't care oh well lesson learned there is a reason there batteries are cheaper than everyone else's. A battery should last 4+ year min.

Customer service is friendly and really customer focused. 1st Optima battery was back ordered, customer service kept me up to date. Banshee motorcycle battery arrived quickly. Just ordered 2 Optima batteries for my pickup. Anticipating the same level of service.
