Wrong battery sent and still awaiting response/resolution.
Waited nearly a month, battery did not arrive,was told it was coming from Hong Kong,strange when web site said it was U.K. Stock,they did refund but what a waste of time.It did finally arrive,after I'd purchased another,have returned at my cost.
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused. The UK warehouse only has best-selling products, and the other products are shipped from Hongkong.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Asus laptop which was relatively easy (by model number); the installation of Asus laptops requires disassembly of the case, but this too was relatively easy... I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. The laptop immediately recognised the battery and powered to life... Very happy with my purchase... I highly recommend Laptop-Battery.org.uk and will definitely use them again!
Could not decide whether it was a battery issue or charger issue. Decided to replace battery via laptop-battery.org.uk as it made clear the one I needed - unlike some other sites- duly delivered and Chromebook back in action again.
Managed to get a new battery and charger for a 4.5 year old Clevo laptop for under £50.
They made sure to confirm the charger would be the right size, which i thought was excellent.
Delivery took 2 weeks - however, given the current situation this is understandable.
Would highly recommend, free gift too!

Novatech advised me that Laptop-Battery.org.uk could provide me with a compatible battery for my Novatech Model N1595 Laptop. Tracking the delivery of the first battery I ordered it seemed to go astray in Hermes central warehouse. Laptop-battery.org.uk refunded the money I had paid in full, without quibble, suggesting I re-order. I re-ordered on condition carriage was via normal post. Apart from an initial delay due to the Chinese New Year, the battery was delivered in good time by Parcelforce. The battery fitted my laptop perfectly and is working well.
I ordered a laptop battery. Unfortunatly due to Covid-19 the battery too 2 weeks to arrive. However, I contacted the seller about this and they were fantastic! I am very pleased with my laptop battery as it means I have a working laptop!

This website seems to offer very attractive deals concerning laptop battery. Unfortunately, the vendor, presumably sitting in Honk Kong is not responding to queries about products/. I this conclude that this is a fake or unreliable source.
Received well packaged, and after completing the recommended charging cycle, I found it lasts between 4-6 Hrs, depending on usage.
I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would Highly recommend "Laptop-Battery"
The battery was in good condition as well as the timing of the delivery! Only downside is no confirmation email was given, so I was a tad confused on if the purchase went through. Overall 5/5 would happily buy from here again.

I found this company during a google search for a new battery for my laptop as they came in at a price much lower than others (some wanted £80+). The ordering process was simple and the battery arrived during the timescale stated. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if I need to.
What can I say, I was a bit wary buying from this site but it is the best thing I have done not only was the price really good, so was the service from start to finish. The battery arrived very well packaged, was at least 75% already charged and very strong, after me and my husband pushed the very fragile connectors into the slots - I thought this is it won't work now, we had pressed really hard against the connections. My Toshiba laptop, is brilliant, it now loads all the apps virtually instantaneous when I sign in, the battery lasts a lot longer than before and I would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to anyone wanting a new battery - well done and many thanks.
