At first I had a problem because I thought my battery wouldn't arrive on time, but I wrote an email and the support team quickly adressed my issue, and the battery arrived on time. The battery itself was very well packaged and came with screwdrivers and a plastic laptop case opener. Waited nearly a month, battery did not arrive,was told it was coming from Hong Kong,strange when web site said it was U.K. Stock,they did refund but what a waste of time.It did finally arrive,after I'd purchased another,have returned at my cost.

Could not decide whether it was a battery issue or charger issue. Decided to replace battery via laptop-battery.org.uk as it made clear the one I needed - unlike some other sites- duly delivered and Chromebook back in action again.
Managed to get a new battery and charger for a 4.5 year old Clevo laptop for under £50.
They made sure to confirm the charger would be the right size, which i thought was excellent.
Delivery took 2 weeks - however, given the current situation this is understandable.

I ordered a laptop battery. Unfortunatly due to Covid-19 the battery too 2 weeks to arrive. However, I contacted the seller about this and they were fantastic! I am very pleased with my laptop battery as it means I have a working laptop!

Novatech advised me that Laptop-Battery.org.uk could provide me with a compatible battery for my Novatech Model N1595 Laptop. Tracking the delivery of the first battery I ordered it seemed to go astray in Hermes central warehouse. Laptop-battery.org.uk refunded the money I had paid in full, without quibble, suggesting I re-order. I re-ordered on condition carriage was via normal post. Apart from an initial delay due to the Chinese New Year, the battery was delivered in good time by Parcelforce. The battery fitted my laptop perfectly and is working well.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Asus laptop which was relatively easy (by model number); the installation of Asus laptops requires disassembly of the case, but this too was relatively easy... I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. The laptop immediately recognised the battery and powered to life... Very happy with my purchase... I highly recommend Laptop-Battery.org.uk and will definitely use them again!
