STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!
I am extremely unhappy with this company because they don't take their responsabilities and their offer a cheap service. You have to fight you way to be heard, trusted and maybe, if you are lucky, provided with the proper service.
Two orders with that company and two big mistakes:
In 2013 I asked for their advice about the kind of battery I needed. I trusted them and then received a battery that wouldn't fit my computer. I could not return them since I had agreed on the product thinking they were professionals
In 2015 I decided to let it go and put that mistake aside. Once again, I ordered a battery paying extremely attention to the reference number. This time I get the right battery but the wrong Miliamp Hours. After exchanging mails like for one month because they wouldn't believe me they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to get the product returned in Asia... the shipping fees my own cost! I can't believe how cheap they act and how irresponsible they are! I could pay the shipping fee but it's a question of principles.
You better have no probems with this company because that's the kind of service you will get if you order with them AND your order results being wrong.
I usually don't write reviews but I really feel angry and above all I mostly feel wronged. They seem not to care about their web reputation and writing that review I hope other people won't be making the same mistake.

I ordered a battery replacement for my laptop as the previous battery wasn't holding the charge at all. The new battery works very well and fit the laptop perfectly. I am very happy as my issue has been resolved.

The product that I requested (a laptop keyboard) arribed ok and it was the right make/model, which is a lot considering that it is a 5 year old laptop. On top of that they were kind enough to email mail with questions to ascertain the order and followed up on my queries regarding the order.
The best was the fact that I ordered a US layout just because on the web there was not option for ES. However, then found that out based on my comments and did send a ES layout version. That was top!
