Researching reviews, these are common complaints among buyers. I will be cancelling my order for a refund.

The BiggerBooks website showed that the book I wanted (Steven K. Roberts's "Computing Across America") was currently available at a good price. I placed the order and paid. Several days later I discovered that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded -- without explanation. The website still shows the book to be available. I don't want the refund; I want the book! Why was my order cancelled?
I ordered 2 separate items off Bigger Books. The first one took 3 weeks, which I was expecting. The second one took 6 weeks. After 3 weeks the tracking stated it still hadn't shipped so I had to purchase it elsewhere. Further, when it finally did arrive, I had to pay $30 to ship it back (which was in their policy, I live in Hawaii). When I received my refund, it was $25 less than what I paid for. So altogether I lost $55 and had to go through the headache of obtaining my book from somewhere else and trying to get in touch with Bigger Books, which took several tries. Wish I had just ordered from Amazon in the first place.
I am very happy with the ease of finding and ordering the books I was looking for. On top of that, the customer service was responsive, polite, and very supportive in helping me to correct a shipping mistake very quickly. I felt listened to and that the service representative was a caring person who want to help me with a mistake I made when ordering the items. She could have said no, but it seemed to me that saying yes made her as happy as it did me. Great job.
I ordered a book that showed as in stock on Dec. 7. As of Dec. 20 it still had not shipped. CS said there had been a delay from the publisher, but BB apparently couldn't be bothered to email me that info. I canceled the order and got it from Amazon instead. I try to give my business to other companies like BB but they are often unreliable. Lesson learned.
I would say that although I was sent the wrong addition of one book and they both were too late for my class, the people I talked to on the phone were very courteous, and helpful. My 2-day shipping was refunded, and I was able to return the books, It just was a stressful start to my class to not have the books.
I paid $7-$8 for expedited shipping, only to have it arrive 5 days later than the date indicated for that option. It actually arrived in the free-shipping window, which was more than a little annoying, because the only reason I paid the extra money was because I needed the book quickly.
It was fairly east from start to finish. I did a google search trying to find a website that sells and rents books for my college. I did some price comparisons and time of delivery. Bigger Books was my choice this time.

The book never shipped and I never received any word as to what happened or why. I attempted to chat with the company and it kept kicking me out. I ended up finding the book cheaper somewhere else at the end of the day.

Said they had my book. Took my money. Five days later they write to say they can't "procure" the book! Why say you have something when you don't? Why charge an account before an item is shipped? Misleading.

Once I received the book, the paper cover of the hardback book was scrunched and torn.
Horrible. Canceled my order and sold the book to someone else. I ordered this book 2 days after the author died. It sold out everywhere. Not even an email saying my order was cancelled. I tried to check shipping and had to call to find out. 0 stars, still can't find a copy. To my knowledge it was in the mail. No excuse to just cancel my order and not contact me. Still on my credit card statement, and have not been refunded.
PLESE don't. It's a total scam. I've been waiting for a textbook for about 3 weeks, and I have not received it. Nor have heard from them. I have tried to contact them twice.
I wouldn't recommend buying from biggerbooks (aka ecampus), tried ordering a graphic novel that I was looking for a part of a year and a few days later order has been cancelled. A complete waste of time but luckily I found the same graphic from another site for less money. First time customer and I no longer will buy from biggerbooks or ecampus.
I purchased a book for $40. I used the book for a 7.5 week course. When I attempted to return the book I was offered $4.40. However, their policy is the minimum return has to be $5.00. I now know why I usually use Chegg for my textbooks. This was my first and last time w/BiggerBooks. Beware!
Great book! Quality great, no rips, tears or any signs of wear and tear! The information is almost exactly like the website!... ALMOST! Which is why I rated it 4 stars. It is missing the questions from the website. Aside from that it's exactly the same.
The book was due to be received by Aug 1. That is why I bought the book. On Aug 7 the order status is showing "processing". As I will not receive the book by Aug 8, I had to cancel.
I did receive a full refund. Thank you.
I would like to suggest that if the order cannot be filled, the customer be contacted and advised about the delay in the order.
I either did not read thoroughly the details or it was not clear that I had ordered loose pages to be placed into a binder. I was surprised that it was not a book... I did (do) not have a binder... need to buy a binder now.
