Textbooks = cheap

Biggerbooks = my lifesaver for college books
Me = Happy
I have not received these books, and I received a message that the order was canceled. Why?
My order was canceled after being accepted. Very disappointed.
First order was supposed to arrive for Christmas, but they randomly canceled the day it was supposed be delivered. They claimed cancellation was for "security reasons on misspelled address" (I took screenshots, all info was correct). Come to find out, surprise surprise… the book I ordered was suddenly out of stock and I couldn't replace the order as chat services told me to do so. Seemingly what they do is, instead of admitting their faults of selling a book that they don't have, they'll cancel it when they finally notice it wasn't in stock to begin with, and will brush it off as your fault acting like your address info was incorrect. But they gave me $25 in store credit, so I used it SPECIFICALLY on books marked as "in stock: ships in 24-48 hours" only. Next thing you know, a month has passed with no delivery. Chat services said BOTH books aren't available from shipment, because one is on back order from publishers and the other is still in its "order processing" stage of being shipped so it cannot be cancelled (how does an item marked "in stock: ships in 24-48 hrs" take OVER A MONTH to simply be placed in the mail? NOT TO MENTION, chat specialists on BiggerBooks WILL LIE TO YOU if they can to make their company look good/honest/dependable, or keep your money to themselves, so I suggest you keep screenshots of the chats especially if they admit/say anything important.
After the aggravation, I finally decided to look at the reviews on BiggerBooks and NOT TO MY SURPRISE, ABSOLUTELY EVERY REVIEW is saying the same things. How their orders never actually arrive, are always randomly cancelled
After multiple orders from BiggerBooks.com, I'll give you the inside scoop. They DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING THEY SELL IN STOCK, BiggerBooks is a DROP SHIPPING company that lists every single book that exists for sell on their site, although they cannot guarantee when IF the books will ever ship at all. They will take your money and hold it for months-years without giving the option of refund/cancellation. Some of the publishers are completely out of business, some haven't made books in decades, but BiggerBooks lists their items for sell on their site, giving innocent customers false hope while spending their hard earned money on the POSSIBILITY the items they paid for MIGHT SHIP. And the minute you complain or question them, they simply give you in-store credit to make sure you spend more money with them, and put you back in the same predicament of WAITING FOR MONTHS FOR BOOKS THAT THEY NEVER HAD AND WILL NOT SHIP. Go to Amazon, EBay, Mercari, etc. NOT BiggerBooks.
SCAMMERS!
No products used, not 1 of my 4 books EVER shipped
