I searched the web for a book my child wanted and found it advertised new and cheaper than used versions on this site. I ordered the book only to have the order canceled a week later, by the website, because they never had the book to begin with.
I called before ordering to ensure that the book covers pictured on the site were the covers of the books I was ordering and was told that they were. I ordered three books and the two that I have received so far have the wrong covers.
I understand that the book I ordered is hard to find, but I don't see why you would charge my card before you find the book and ship it to me.
I ordered from Bigger Books because they had expedited shipping and could get my order to me in time for a conference. Without any warning or communication, my order was canceled, and by the time I found out it was too late to re-order from BiggerBooks or anyone else.
We were not able to apply our tax exemption at the time of purchase. It was attached to purchase and emailed, but we now have to go through a sales tax refund process.

I received the book after choosing the free shipping option 8 days (not business days) after purchasing! Easy to purchase but there wasn't a lot of shipping information but then the book showed up faster than I expected which was exciting.

I bought a book that stated it would take 3-5 business days to deliver. I got email stated it was shipped but no tracking was proved after 10 days I emailed them to ask for a tracking number but they were unable to provide but stated it was shipped. A couple days later I emailed them again as it was now 14 business days and no book or tracking and asked if they could cancel order since they can't provide a tracking number, they replied and stated they can't cancel as book was shipped. I then asked them to prove shipment with a tracking number and they were unable to again. I now decided to call my credit card company and stop payment after doing so they canceled my order and refunded and stated supplier was unable to provide book. Not only did they lie they kept me hostage for over a month over a book I could have gotten right away somewhere else.
When I went in to purchase this book, the availability status showed that it wasn't currently in stock, but some were ordered and expected to arrive soon. The website also stated once the book was in stock, it would be shipped to me automatically. I went ahead and was able to place the book in my cart and check out and pay for it. Maybe about 1-2 weeks later, the book was shipped and received. Definitely arrived way sooner than expected (and sooner that the website said it would be available by). I received my book ahead of my first class date and I didn't have to continue to follow up to check on the status of my order. Very satisfied with my purchase.
I found a title I've been looking for. Put in an order. A few days later I received an email saying the shipment was delayed due to them not having the book in stock...A few days later I submitted an email asking for an update. I have yet to receive a response. A few days after that I got an email asking me to rate my order and experience. I'm upset because if Bigger Books didn't have the book I wanted they shouldn't have advertised they did. They need to either return my money or send me my order.
I found a title I've been looking for.
My daughter desperately needed her Pre algebra math book for school as soon as possible. She ordered it On Friday August 7th (we paid for 1 day shipping buisness days). Today is Saturday August 14 and we still have not received the book. I have emailed them to ask for a refund or to pay for standard shipping only. We paid $29.99 for 1 day shipping. I received a response that stated that the book has been shipped. I tracked it and it is showing that the book is estimated to be delivered on August 17th. I have sent two more emails, but have received no response to my concern. I think this is way too long for a book to be received while I've paid for 1 day shipping. Watch out for this! I would seek other options (a more reputable site to purchase books)!
I ordered my book through BiggerBooks because my order from Amazon would not have been delivered until October and my order from Walmart was cancelled three times, even though the website said it had five in stock. BiggerBooks was the only place I was able to find my textbook and could get it before the second week of classes began.
My order was cancelled with no email telling me why. I reached put to customer service but never received a response.
The title on the spine is Camp-March Stories of the Santa Fe Trail by Wilson and Taulor.
There is slight wear on the spine, but about 1/3 of the pages had never been cut apart by the binder. The inside of the book is in never-read condition. I used a sharp knife to separate them, and the result is I cannot tell the pages a separated from the ones cut by the binder. The shipment arrived several days before I expected it.
Still haven't received my book but they took my payment! This wasn't a good experience. I won't use them again.

Using the website was easy, I didn't spend too much time shopping or exploring the site as I was directed from another website that filtered out which sites (third times' a charm) carried my book as the Publisher was out of stock.
I had to explain the situation to my professor as to why I couldn't complete my assignment and I kind of wish the book had arrived earlier. At least I had not been dropped from class. Also, some of the pages are slightly bent in the book.
Other than the fact that the shipping cost was DOUBLE what the cost of the actual book was, everything else was fine. I needed the book for a class so I had no choice but to pay for it, but thankfully this was the only website that could get the book to me within a week. Everyone else needed minimum of two weeks to send it to me, unless I paid outrageous amounts to have it shipped sooner.
Overall my experience was fine. This was the only website where I could get this textbook with any reasonable speed, so I appreciated that. My only problem was shipping delays- I ordered it from here so I could get expedited shipping, but after I paid they told me it wasn't in their warehouse so shipping would be delayed. I wish I had known how long it would take before I paid, but I got the book eventually and it's in good condition so I guess it worked out.

I tried to rent a textbook. I paid $17.99 for two day shipping. I ordered this book on December 12th, today is December 21 and my textbook order still says "pending". Therefore it still hasn't even been shipped or processed. When I canceled my order since I need this book ASAP they aren't going to refund me back my $17.99 shipping fee that I paid. I would not recommend using them for textbooks.
This website wasted my time, order cancelled without any explication. I placed the book and the next day it was cancelled, no confirmation email received
