Love the options of how long to rent for and also shipping estimates depending on how quick one wants their books. My book shipping turned out late and so in the end I cancelled.
There were shipping issues even though I paid for shipping. I was guaranteed to receive the book in 10 days but it still hadnt shipped 2 weeks later. I canceled my order before it was shipped and received an email 2 days later that my book had been shipped anyway! Never received a response from customer service. I got the book in the mail and immediately shipped it back. Had to pay for the return shipping too! Book cost me $123, they kept $13 dollars for shipping the book to me and I had to pay $10.50 to ship the book back. I just shipped it back today, lets see how long my $100 refund takes or if they even admit to receiving the return. Do NOT use this company. Considering reporting to the Better Business Beauro.
Bigger Books is easy to navigate and always has the books I am searching for. I like the reminder to return the rental and to be given the option to extend the rental or buy the book.
This workbook came already written in and filled out with hand-written answers. I expected to be able to use this for a class I'm teaching and it is not usable. Very disappointing.
A good and cost effective reading experience for the title I was interested in. A minor drawback was having to install the proprietary reader software but once installed it worked well.
The process to rent books is easy. The ebook has all of the same graphics and information and accessing the book is great.

As this is my first time shopping at this site and one of the two things I purchased was unusable, I can only say that this has the potential to be a great site for used books at yard sale prices.
The only problem I had was delivery took a little long, but I did use the free option so that can kind of be expected. Otherwise, everything was great.

I ordered this several months ago and never received the product—I haven't even received the email that it has been shipped out, so it's never even been shipped. I contacted customer services and they said they cannot even cancel my order, since the product is at their warehouse. I'm going to wait a little longer and try to contact them again, but I'm thinking of filing with my credit card company for fraud to get my money back.
UPDATE---got the product shortly after I posted my first review, but this shows that I never received a message that my order was shipped as I should have based on BiggerBooks' policy. I wonder how the arrival would have gone if I hadn't posted the review...did see another review commenting similarly that they received their product shortly after posting a negative review after a long time waiting...I won't be returning it due to the charge for returns (purchased at around $120, if I return I will only get around $90 back), but rather try reselling. Product is brand new, still wrapped, good condition, but again, if you want to use this site you should probably order 3-4 months in advance.
I found my book for the best price here, it was at least $40 cheaper than other places I order/rent from.

I ordered a book to rent from this company for 35 dollars. I had not received an email that book had shipped. At this point it had already been two weeks. I finally email customer service asking where my book was? They stated because the information of the billing and shipping information didn't match they had canceled my order. They never sent me an email stating that it was canceled. They never even reached out to ask questions. My mom and dad are divorced. That's why it doesn't match. Then they said it's not that they didn't believe I was being honest but they have to protect customers. Am I not a customer? Then they offer me 5$ to apply to my next order. Again what's bothering me is that they didn't even notify me right away when the order was canceled.
Really 5$ I need this book for school, school started already. They should've offered to repurchase it for me or expedite shipping. For 35$ if I was a thief I would have bought the book. This is my education, how inconsiderate of a company who's clientele are all students.
Do not order from here if you need something in a timely manner. No communication regarding the status of this book and it's been weeks. Why do you take payment for a book that isn't in stock?
It was easy to find my text book, I needed it in a hurry because my class already started, I had the option here for two day delivery, which I truly appreciate.

I got my book within a week of ordering, and it's in great condition even though it's used condition. And I saved roughly 100$ by going through this site. I'm happy! :)
I have tried multiple times to find out the status of my order to no avail. I have not gotten a response from Bigger Books. This has been a very negative experience.
