$10 cheaper than I could find it on Amazon. Very good condition, as described. Shipping was slow, but it was free, and it arrived on time so that worked out well enough.
I ordered a $150 textbook and paid for expedited shipping. I was sent the wrong book. I then chose to order the textbook from a different company because I was told I would not be sent a replacement from BiggerBooks until I had returned the incorrect book. By this point I was in a time crunch because my daughter was starting school and needed the book. I mailed the incorrect book back two days after I received it. Two weeks later I had not received a refund. I tried calling the company. There are NO customer service representatives available by phone. I did the live chat on several occasions, spending HOURS of my day waiting in line to speak to someone. I finally chatted with someone who informed me it would take up to 7 days to re-shelve the incorrect book and then another THIRTY days to receive my refund. 30 days? Absolute nonsense. This was a mistake made by the company. They sent me the wrong book. Now they're holding $150 plus almost $20 in shipping fees for THIRTY days. Horrible customer service. Horrible response time to emails, etc. No regard for the customer's time. Very disappointing.
Product arrived as expected.
The oversized cardboard wrapping caused the mail carrier to bend the product.
Next time, I wish more size-appropriate packaging would be used.

The textbook I ordered was almost $200 to rent used through my school but was only $9 to buy through this site. And it came on time and in great condition
The pages take forever to load & i got an Ebook so i can read right THEN but it took over a few hours for it to even say it was now available for me to use which was pretty annoying bc i needed it instantly.

I ordered my textbook they sent me a confirmation email and then a couple days later i received an email that said the book was out of stock and that they were restocking to then get an email that said my order was cancelled. Still waiting on my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I price check all of my textbooks and Bigger Books had the best price anywhere. The book was a little beat up from the previous owner around the edges, but otherwise a great buy.

I ordered a book from here for a college course. It was delivered in a full weeks time, so be patient! The book is a rental, with a option to buy. New condition!
I emailed inquiring aboht my purchase and received a response right away. Book was delivered just as they said it would.

Ordered a book at the beginning of November as a X-Mass gift. The site kicked-out a "bait & switch" charging more on the receipt for shipping. Got a notice that it was "fixed" & would I write a revised "better" review. I fell for it. Weeks later got a notice that my book wasn't available & was on backorder. THEN 2.5 months later, I received another note that my order was being cancelled because they couldn't get more copies (available on Amazon, Abe's, etc.)! No more revisions, no more excuses. They don't pass. Held my funds, asked for an improved review, NEVER had my book, waited weeks to discover that fact & cancelled months later. This is NOT how legitimate businesses operate. If you don't have a book, SAY SOMETHING at checkout! WORST BOOK BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Never got my book and no one in customer service has responded to my multiple attempts of returning my money or fulfilling my order. Don't order from this sight.
Deceiving practices, it takes forever to even ship an item that they claim is in stock, then they do not take responsibility if an item does not arrive in a timely fashion.
Out of the handful of books i tried to order i only got one, the rest apparently cant be sourced but you can buy them, then you get a refund and a waste of time.

The books I bought were worth the $5 I paid, but if I had known they were marked with highlighter so much I would have rather paid $10 for a nicer copy. Wish there was a description.

Was informed after my card was charged that the book was out of stock, and have received neither the book nor further updates but emails as though the transaction is complete
Ordered a book for an extremely important college course and even paid extra for 2 day shipping… about a week later I was advised that the book had not even yet been delivered. Since it took longer than what I paid for, I ended up buying the book somewhere more reliable. Finally when the book came in from this company, I had no choice but to return it because it was a waste of money. I was within my return deadline and was advised I would get a refund. A month went by and still no refund. Contacted customer service just to be told my refund will come in within another 60 days. I was also advised because of this inconvenience that I would receive $10 credit, which I never received. It's been about 60 days and still no refund. Emailed customer service again just to be told I will not be getting my refund because of damage to the cover and bent pages… this company had to book longer than I even had and it was in perfect condition when I sent it back. Of course blame the customer right? Sent my email and have been going back and forth about this issue and was told that I received an email about all of this almost a month ago. I did not. Then I was told to check my spam and trash… that was the first thing I did. I received no email about not getting my refund. Overall, this place is a scam. May seem cheap but they'll do anything to blame their customers and make it seem as if theyre never doing anything wrong. And yes I will be bothering customer service until I receive my money back!

I needed my book for school so kind of bull$#*! that it's so late, I can't do the homework for my class without this book! And neither of my emails to support have gotten a response.
Poor tracking. Poor shipping material. Thankful it wasn't damaged. Should have used padded mailer for a $220+ book.
