When I ordered my used book I received a clean copy, it arrived fast without a huge shipping fee, the book was a great price.
My order was eventually cancelled because they ended up not having the book they had sold me. While I got refunded, this is hardly the service I expect form professional book sellers. Get your inventory database in order!
The company listed a book for sale. I purchased it online through their website. A week later they email me the book is unavailable and that they will refund my credit card in a few days. Hope they do. I'll have to remember to check now. What a waste of my time! I had to order the book anew a week later from another vendor. I should have used a more reliable online service in purchasing this book to begin with.
Placed order on 08/17, received email that book did not ship from warehouse in time, sent status request through online submission form and still no response from anyone and its been more than 24-48hrs.
I ordered a book, actually rent it out, and it said it was available so I paied fast shipping. Next day I got an e mail stating due to their suppliers book os not ye tin their facility so I called to get ny money back. Costumer service keeps telling me they can't refund because it's from publisher, they sent like e mail for refund ni respond, no tracking number or idea when book will come... it is ridiculous!
After payment was received, I never received any other communication from the company despite emailing and attempting to reach customer service. If notifications were sent or if customer service answered calls, I would not have assumed there was a problem with the company. The book was in great condition and arrived in time for my class, but the process was very frustrating.
This company is part of a network of online scams! This company operates under 5 different names and rents books it does not have - meaning that you are unlikely to receive your books when you need them.
Terrible experience- false advertising on book availability and poor communication when the book wasn't available. Bad business to operate under separate company names and charge different prices. Does not represent a reputable company.
Order canceled, no notification, had to check on status much later to find out. BiggerBooks responded to say they did send a cancelation email, but after verifying I definitely did not receive an email.
One of my classes required me to get 3 books that were all fairly pricey, but BiggerBooks offered much more affordable rent options for these books. Although one of the books was on back order for an extra week than I was expecting, all of the books arrived in perfect condition.
When I purchased the book that I needed for school, I did not get a receipt for the order or any sort of confirmation for the purchase. Then there was no direct contact number to discuss the situation. I reached out using their chat session. Thinking I was texting with a robot, I explained to the agent about not getting a receipt and after a few minutes passed, he located my order and emailed the receipt. He explained that there was a glitch with their system and apologized for the mishap. This was my first experience ordering from BiggerBooks. Not sure if I would order again but if I do, I will be sure to read the reviews with low ratings.
Order was charged on cc. Didnt come so I followed up to find they had canceled order. I did get a refund. Lost chance to buy at another vendor because I wasn't told they canceled order.
So far okay. Will add when I actually receive the book. The book when I received it was as noted.

Bigger books contacted me after I received my shipment later than anticipated after I had paid to have it shipped faster. They credited my account to make up for it being late. Thanks Bigger books, I appreciate your efforts and great customer service.
I wasted an hour searching their site and ordering over 20 items. They charged me immediately and today I received an email saying my order was cancelled because they could not find any suppliers. No suppliers for any of my 20 plus items. It is ridiculous to list items the way they do.
I received my text book almost two weeks after the expected shipping date, so I returned it. I try to support businesses other the Amazon. I was willing to wait for the book, but I needed it for a class and companies also need to do their part and get shipments out as promised.
The item arrive in not a new condition. The binding inside is broken so I have to be extra careful now to not break it and let all the pages loose. The item was a bit slow on being shipped and did receive a reply from customer service, but once shipped everything went okay. Really upset about the condition the item arrived as it is supposed to be new.
I have ordered for the first time from BiggerBooks, I ordered 2 identical Calculus books, one for me one for my grandson living in different states, mine came already in perfect condition and very well packaged so I am very satisfied so far. I've been looking for volume one of Mysterious Girlfriend X for over a year and I finally found a website with it in stock, and it was delivered fairly fast as well. Only negative I had was the cover had a slight crease which probably happened in transit but other than that it looks flawless.
I ordered the printed version of this book as the university already provided me with a free digital copy. The site had it listed as such and the price difference for the print was even higher than the digital versions. They sent me the digital copy anyway! I will be sending it back and am so disappointed they wasted my time and money.
