There are literally better gaming platforms to use like Xbox, Gamehouse, Gamesradar, Hiddenobjectsgames etc.
Big Fish claims they upgraded for 2022 - but their platform hasn't. They're STILL showing troubleshoot pages for old Windows 98 and XP. Before you even reach the current Windows 10 or 11. I just lost 1990 credit points (equiv. 2 CE points) I could have used for another game purchase (my last) as the Cart just quit working. Nothing but 'sorry please come back later' errors when the checkout refreshed. My Windows 10 is a full-powered desktop/all updated-current. So that's not the issue. I looked on the support site for the manual download, and it was locked. No other answers. And barely an icon to file a useless ticket. I happily removed the payment from my account (oh yeah... and no option to unsubscribe or close your account anymore either)
I am SO done with them.

You would think they would be smart enough to let people play for a while on the chips they purchase. I've been dumb enough to purchase their highest chips packages ($108.00 each after taxes are tacked on!)... nope, not the case! They claim the odds are the same as a real casino but the problem with this is... you are NOT a real casino and I'm not winning real money. You are a game threat I'm playing and I'm getting chips, not money.
The only reason they're not being stopped from ripping ppl off is because CHIRCHILL Downs owns this app. Someone needs to grow a pair and stop them!

STAY AWAY! The minute you buy ONE game they automatically sign you up for membership which automatically charges you $6.99 every month without any notice whatsoever. So glad I check my bank account regularly or I would have never known they had been charging me! When I tried to email customer service I received an automatic message giving me several "solution" options. When I emailed AGAIN asking for a real person, I have not received any response whatsoever. Total SCAM. STAY AWAY

This is a game. Just a game. But too often people forget that. The scatter games are fun. The People who play seriously and criticize you for not betting high so they can get free chips off you hitting "scatter" are no fun. I have high chips but have good luck hitting 5 scatters. But if I bet my winning range( 18k on Secret Grove) I am called things like bottem feeder and dog droppings. These people make me hate playing. It is not my fault they went broke. When you get free chips for someone who is broke, they should not refer to name calling. If they have a problem they should go have their Mommy change their Diaper. Babies!

Hello Big Fish I extremely love your game named MCF Dire Grove because it is realistic and live-action. There is a huge problem that your company was not making a solution for it. The game cant be played on windows 10 because it is not compatible. If i am going to play it on another pc, we cannot afford to buy a windows 8.1 pc for just to play a single game. Believe me, if the game will increase its ratings thank me if you are going to fix the problem immediately this 2017 since the game is released last 2009. Please fix it because it is a wonderful game. Thank You

This stupid site was charging my credit card every month even though it said right on my account that my membership was canceled months ago and it wouldn't be so bad if they were giving me game credits like they are suppose to when they charge your card in the first place but they don't they just continue to take my money and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone to try and resolve it so I had to call my bank and cancel my card.

I purchased enigmatis on android on the 02/12/2013 through google play.
I had been playing the game for a while which I really enjoyed, but then early 2015 I updated the game through google play and then I went back to the game and it wants me to pay to unlock the game again. I have left reviews on google play but big fish keep deleting them. Also when I try to contact them through there customer support but that is useless.
This company likes to rip people off as if you go on enigmatis reviews you will see alot of people have been affected. So please can you all stop buying there games so this joke of a company can fall into a pit of doom. Thanks people

After 8 days and 7 reinstalls of a game i was loyal to for 78 days straight, they must've lost servers or simply walked away from the ingame glitches. After 3 days of a weekend and a Monday nothing was fixed and i started to send tickets. After a werk of questions, reports of losses of gems and levels, coins and more than 2 months of play, NOTHING.
Last reinstall was working until level 7. The only real way to earn coin called a Request Board just disappeared, like all the building graphics had in the previous 6 tries at restart, reinstalls.

I love computer games. And I try to be a good person and mostly buy games not get them for free online and I trust this site with my money asthey look legit and safe for me to use. The issue is that a couple of times lateley, I bought games that I couldn't use. For weird reasons like wrong screen size or all levels being locked.
This is more of a nuisance than a money loss issue as they do have a customer service email you can write to. But it is annoying that they don't seem to do a quality check on the games they sell.

I have hired an attorney to file a lawsuit againist Big fish games. Please, if you have been ripped off by these thieves join our lawsuit. Easy. If you have given them money then you have been ripped off! This is a criminal enterprise and needs to be investigated and shut down. I wont get into the details of how they have ripped me off because i would be here all day. All the complaints you have read on here are facts! Please send your information and details of how Big fish has scammed you and join our Lawsuit! The more the better.
