This game used to be fun and they say the odds are just like a real casino but I've been to a real casino many times and you win at least once or twice in the past two years out of the 15. I've been a member list last two years have been the WORST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT HALF THE TIME AND YOU WOULD THINK ANYWHERE FROM 500 TO 900 A MONTH IN A GAME. YOU COULD KEEP A LITTLE BIT OF CHIPS ABSOLUTELY NOT! FUNNY HOW IN OTHER CASINO GAMES YOU ACTUALLY CAN ACQUIRE BILLIONS AND THEN OF COURSE LOSE IT BECAUSE YOU'RE CARELESS, BUT YOU AT LEAST WIN THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY ZERO WINS IF YOU HAPPEN TO WIN BY CHANCE IT'S TAKEN IMMEDIATELY AWAY AND YOU CAN TELL IF YOU RECORD HOW THEY DO THAT! I think they should treat their VIP members that spend quite a bit of money. They keep their app going in there, plus few workers in support working with more respect! And you a little better with what they give you,in there, they say VIP program is malarkey, and if something goes wrong in the app, you damn near, have to bring God down to prove it to them! Don't don't waste your money, nor your time there are other apps out there that truly truly charge very little for their coin packages and you actually win and have a fun time, there yet you don't have to buy you actually win that's all! Download games only. Cheap games, but when you buy you are automatically signed up for a monthly membership - unless you are sharp enough to see the tiny tick in the tiny box saying Big Fish Game Club Trial. And they don't really spell it out what the Game Club trial actually means...
If you do not remove the tick, or remember to "unsubscribe" by the end of the month then you are a member of their club and must buy a game a month. At least they charge your credit card/Pay Pal account for 1 game each month. If you are a member, buying 6 games in a calendar month will give you 1 free game the next month.
Non-members can still buy games, but they pay more.
So-so Customer service - instead of helping you all the way until you can play the game, they are quick to give up, blame it on your obsolete graphics card, and offer a free game coupon instead. So that you can download another game that might not work.

This game was ruining my life. Eventually, every time I logged in, I immediately went into deep depression. Spinning in the end felt like I was being cut by a knife every time I hit the button. Eventually I gained severe anxiety and this wasn't a game anymore. There was nothing but an unsatisfied disgusting scam feeling going on every single day. It was one of the darkest places I've ever been in my life. They don't just take your money, they take your energy, self worth and lives. This place makes jail look like a luxury resort, id probably pick sitting in a jail for a month with free food than paying to play this pile of financial raping garbage. One day I said goodbye to my friends and made a resolute on my soul to never ever log into this hell pit EVER. Funny enough all my friends almost decided to do the same, so there wasn't much to leave in the end. This game ate itself with increasing yearly greed and nothing like this deserves attention let alone finance. This game is the epitome of sickness and greed and you can smell its taint.

Now you might think that I'm a bot or someone who works with big fish games, but I'm actually like you, I saw so many bad reviews about this company about "scamming" and "coupons codes" and I wanted to test that by myself, so I downloaded big fish games launcher and I bought 3 childhood games I used to play them when I was a child: Alice Greenfingers, Farm Mania and Youda Farmer. I couldn't believe that this company have these very old games that we all used to play them as kids, so I downloaded them and I played the demo version and of course they let you try the game before buying it, so I played them and I finished the demo and then bought them all, I added my visa card info and bought without any issue, not like these other reviews claim, and the support? They have a really nice and amazing support team, they can help you with any issue you face or any help you need. Now for the part of the people who lost their accounts it's because they broke the rules. How did they do that? Now big fish games gives a free coupon code for new users (1 time only) but these people wanted to abuse it and try to get multiple codes to activate it in the same account and to be honest they deserved the punishment, which made these users get mad and make a fake bad reviews against this company and of course also they will get their friends and alt accounts to make more fake reviews

I have been on this app for over ten years ever since it was card ace casino. At my last level up I reached level 1281. For those who are not familiar you have a progress bar around your avatar showing your progress toward the next level and it's associated bonuses, I now found that my progress bar was no longer working. I contacted customer service and this was their response

I understand there is a concern about the Level Up progress bar disappearing from the Profile Avatar in the Big Fish Casino account.

Checking the account logs, we can see that the account has reached Level 1,281, which is the highest Level an account can have in Big Fish Casino. The account cannot have any further Level Ups and progress will be shown on the progress bar.

We can set the account's Level back to 900 and you will be able to continue getting Level Up bonuses and rewards in the account.

Please reply directly to this email confirming the Level reduction and we will be able to proceed further with it.

Does anybody else think this is wrong, it appears you are only rewarded to a certain level then that slippery mat is pulled from under your feet. I have removed the reps full name from the email he sent but can provide it if needed

I've had a support ticket open since 10/11. I had no response to that ticket and have no other option to contact anyone apparently. I purchased a game a few years ago. I recently tried to install it again, it's on my purchased games list, and it doesn't appear to be available anymore, fine. My question is can I get a credit for a game that IS available? No one answers. I paid good money for that game and if it's no longer available to me I want another one or my money back.

Today 11/2 I finally got a response. Apparently the game in question is no longer available so I received a coupon for another standard game. I'm satisfied with the outcome but still very disappointed by the length of time it took.

Update 5/8/17 I ran into another game that is apparently no longer available. I put in a ticket and received an email very quickly saying they couldn't get to my ticket right away but here's a coupon for a free game. Impressive. It took a while but they came back with another email saying the game was no longer available so here's another coupon for a free game. Impressive again. Apparently they are paying some attention to all the negative press they've been getting. I've upped my rating to three stars for average. We'll see if this trend continues. I'm still not going to give them any more of my money.

I am sick of being ripped off with big fish casino. And this new vip program shows you how greedy they have got. 45k per $ spent is the new level for VIP tier 7. Before this i was getting 17% per month on what chips i bought. But now only get 45k per every dollar spent.
They are once again scamming us customers again. Its bad enough day after day never making a profit, Or if we do its gone the next day. Zero spin after zero spin. And when you email them they come out with the same garbage everytime.
There chips packages for fake chips are disgusting and way overpriced. Considering this is supposed to be a free app for fun. We can never ever make any money from it, as its fake chips for real money. More and more people are leaving this disgusting scam app. I would never buy from you again. All they do is take take take.

There is a page with thousands and thousands of signatures, who are building up a lawsuit against big fish casino, And i for one hope we win and every single player gets reimbursed every penny back we spent.
And if big fish go under, they have know one to blame but themselves, Because of pure greed and manipulation off its loyal customers.
This used to be a good fun app until Churchill downs bought it for over $800m, And they are just ripping us customers off now. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
