BH will not cancel our order that went out of stock. I was forced to wait till item becomes available. Now that the item was available and shipped, it's taken more than 2 weeks. It's still under shipment. I still haven't received item while writing this review.

I have been a B&H customer since 2001. Never once have they tried to bait and switch, not accepted a return, or charged me for something not asked for. They don't upsell. They try to save you money by saving tax legally. What more can you ask. I recently tried three expensive cameras from them and settled on one. It was way more convenient that going to a physical store. B&H is the best. With B&H I am always sure what I am getting and that I will not be charged for changing my mind.
Less than half the price of the same (Clear-File 16x20 archival sleeves for photo prints) on Amazon.

I love the expansive line of products they carry. As a video producer, I use their services a lot and they are my "go-to" for most purchases for my business. The sales staff had been very helpful with product information and helping with decision making. They run great sales, but their everyday pricing seems to be very competitive. Their website is easy to navigate and the online buying experience is very easy and intuitive.
Since my first purchase I always have confidence buying gear, the store has almost anything I need and delivery always on time, I also enjoy the sales and rebates, one of my favorite stores!
Always fast shipping and the best customer service. I have been a long-time customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my audio, video, and electronics needs. My employer and all my friends use B&H and that says it all. I've even purchased a few used used items here and been very happy with the quality and the savings.
The only time I was disappointed with a product, my opine was dealt with so quickly I forgot to send flowers. My Nikon D610, my iMac, my Canon printer and a number of other products were all ordered from B&H. All remain in good working order. Until death do us part I will continue to patronize this worthy enterprise.

Terrible, very cheap attitude, I have placed an order I have spent many hours then they confirm the order, after one day the cancel my order, do you know why cuz they understood this product price is going high. But you sent me confirmation of my order, you should be ashamed of yourself, claiming as a big business but acting very poor.
You need to ask yourself, do I want to buy from someone who can cancel my confirmed order without any reason just because the price in the market goes up? Definitely no
The seller respond that they verification dept whose primary purpose is to deter credit card fraud, identity theft in my review is also is wrong cause I have our conversation log in email, they have clearly mentioned cause the price goes very high and we can not replace our item with same price so we had to cancel your confirmed order

I have gotten back into film developing and printing and B&H has had everything I needed to get back into film.
This review is about interface usability of the website it's not about goods and their quality.
Nice and good size of letters and indentations for easily finding and reading description of goods. All options of goods at the right place and you see all of them without any additional movements - size, color...
Recommended accessories can be see it in popups window. You don't need to open additional browser tab.

Great place to get my photography gear et cetera. Bought my first light meter there in 1985, still like to shop there now. Sadly cannot go by the store anymore, as I live in Washington now, but the online store is still a great way to get my gear. Most of what they have is decent gear, rarely have I gotten a dud.
B&H Photo are my go to place for all things film & photography. They have the best prices, and inventory. I highly recommend them.
Convenient to order, even on a Sunday. They had the item in stock and chat answered my questions too.
BHPhoto has a big selection in what I need for photographing, and they offer electronic remedies as well, for instance the two portable USB-C powered SSD's I just bought. Their Customer Service answers quickly if asked. Very good service as always from BHPhoto.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. There are very few items which include a no-cancellation policy. Unfortunately the DJI N3 Flight Controller is one. Our online product page is clear and unambiguous and says, "Special Order. Expected availability: 4-6 weeks. Important Notice: This item is noncancelable and nonreturnable."
