It was easy to order, and the shoes came pretty quickly and in great condition

I love finding deals on this site but I try to buy things that I've already tried on elsewhere, or from brands that I've worn, because returns are a hassle.

I've purchased from these folks a bunch of times. It's always been a wonderful experience. The folks always say thank you! What a concept.

Was thinking "Hmmm, these prices might be too good to be true? Will I ever see these shoes in person?" THANKFULLY, I DID. AND I couldn't be happier! I especially appreciate knowing there is a price match guarantee. A true sign of a GREAT COMPANY! Will tell everyone I know about your website!

I purchased three pairs of shoes and they all were poor quality. I doubt that I will shop here again for shoes.

I received my purchase rather quicker than I had expected. Though packaging wasn't in the best condition, the product was just fine.

New to BHFO, great prices and I was surprised by the selection. I'll be shopping for kids clothes here too! They had the size I needed of a dress I tried at Nordstrom Rack, and beat out every other online retailer significantly on the price. It fits perfectly, and came within a week. I'm super happy with it and really excited to find a new option for reasonably priced clothing!

My experience purchasing items at BHFO for the most part has been ok. I was very disappointed with this purchase because the color was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a spruce colored Columbia jacked which was the color of the picture on the website. I am very disapointed because I only ordered the jacket because of the color. It was out of stock elsewhere. I got a regular plain blue jacket which I could have purchased anywhere else.

I was very satisfied with 3 of my 4 items. I still want the suede boot but didn't see an option for exchange.

I have very much enjoyed shopping at BHFO over the years…but I have been burned too many times by final sale items which deviate from standard expectations regarding either fit or quality. I find myself gravitating now more toward secondhand retailers to get the price points I want while not being excluded from returns.
