I find that better me keeps me interested in exercise and has made it fun so l don't get bored and will keep doing them
I enjoy these wall's exercises I feel much more energized. I'm just in my 4th day, but I'm confident if I keep doing these wall exercises I will get the results I'm looking forward to.
I enjoy the workouts! At first some of them seemed easy but I enjoy the challenge of some of the excercise as I go day by day.
After only one week I can tell I feel good and with more energy

When I first saw the exercises, I felt like it was very easy exercises so I thought it wouldn't really help but after I tried it I actually started to feel the difference and it has been a very fun experience so far.
I'm on day 4 of my 28 day wall Pilates challenge and I love it! I feel my muscles working and get that good after work out sore that tells me I had a good work out, can't wait to continue!
The beginning excercises were a little too easy. I'm progressing through so we'll see how it goes.

I just started using the app and I'm very happy and satisfied. The only thing I would change - sometimes I would like to opet 2 sets of exercises in one day.
Workouts are great. Diets offered are fairly generic so not perfect.
Can't seem to get the iPhone and iPad I do to sync across but this is minor.

They take your money then the App doesn't work from DAY 1 as I can't downloaded it even!
I was automatically charged 53.04 USD after the first one payment $25.99 to get you in without provide service at all since the app could not be downloaded since the DAY 1 in January 2022.
They say that "Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel online in your profile", but in reality, there is no way you can CANCEL the plan AT ALL no matter how hard you tried as you can even see the subscription of Better-Me Nicosia or BetterMe on either Google or Apple Apps...Scary!
There is no customer service what so ever till the moment you finally to refuse to pay the automatic debt on card after nearly 2 years, they sent the following message from Jane
"The Final Goodbye: Your BetterMe Journey Comes to an End Thank you for giving BetterMe a chance! We hope you made the most out of our time together. This email confirms that your subscription is no longer active and you don't need to worry about any more charges coming your way."
What an joke!
I like to have my money back not to mention the uneasy feeling of there are people/ companies out there to try scamming you as someone who is just trying to manage taking care of aging parents while working full-time. Instead of getting healthy, you are getting stressed & depressed from this situation.
