I feel so much better after only 3 days - my body feels better, less tense overall. They've also been great for clearing my mind and resetting, reducing my stress and helping me better manage it throughout the day. I love that they're only 11-12 mins long. Very doable for my crazy busy life!

I really appreciate the additional features like step tracking, water logging, calorie logging, meal suggestions, etc. I don't have a connected device like a watch or fitbit, so some of the features can't connect, but I'm fine with that.
Also the daily workout schedule helps me stay accountable.

Good day so far its ok. The task is not so hard. But following the daily the eating plan is hard because if fin constraints. Also I have a hernia reopen so that a bit of a set back but I'm doing it slowly

It's my 4th day, but I love it. For a beginner I would prefer the instructions given before the workout starts, though. And perhaps a little time to adjust between exercises.
