Even though I started this challenge 4 days back, but I can feel the effects of it(Its hitting directly at the desired area). I wanted to loose my stubborn belly fat, and I am happy with the way my plan is designed.
Just one question - I have enough time to workout during summers, so its fine if I do it twice everyday. I am already doing it because I said its impacting the right area of my body.
Anyways, I'm happy that I went with Betterme.
