I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
BetterMe has been a great way to help me jump back into a regular exercise routine again. I love the easy-to-follow formatting & targeted, yet still total body workouts! Also, the add-on features are great if I am feeling like I still have a lot of energy when I am finished with the primary workout. Very happy I decided to try BetterMe!
It's definitely a regimen that you must discipline yourself to do daily. However, it's very obvious that it will result in tremendous benefits long term. This will help me look better, feel better and live longer.

I am enjoying my workouts so far. I can definitely feel them while doing them, even though short. It also doesn't take away from my day to do them. I'm not utilizing anything but the workouts presently, but the price is good just for those alone. I'll have to take a look at the other stuff soon.

I have just gotten started - but even just a few minutes a day has helped me feel stronger and more confident. It may not be much - but I am doing something... Thanks for the great workout. So easy to just tune in and follow the directions. Nothing difficult and the video goes slow and explains every move.

I live in a remote area where there is no gym or spa. I am very happy to access chair yoga right from my home. The instructions and instructor are very easy to follow. I am only 6 days in but already feel better.

Using only the somatic work out plan - I am loving how calm these exercises make me.
Would love to have an option where you can just have the somatic work outs at a cheaper rate that doesn't include the additional stuff in the app.

I'm only 3 days in but this program has been really good at helping me be less sedentary, if only for a few minutes a day. I try to work out regularly but struggle with being consistent because of the time it takes to get to and from the gym, work out and get ready for work. This program is nice because I can easily squeeze a quick workout in my schedule either at my desk or living room (I work remotely) during my lunch break.

I am new to the app. After completing my first couple of workouts I feel mentally and physically refreshed. I look forward to doing my workouts at my pace without having to leave my house. Being a mother of two, a college student, and working full time things can get really hectic really quickly. This app has helped put those 15-20 minutes aside to work on myself.

My day gets pretty packed. And having an app to encourage your fitness journey is so great. I am an on & off person when it comes to working out. But I found this app to be great once I finish work. It makes a plan specific to your workout needs and even has a bunch of extra features that you can use to help with your lifestyle. Would recommend to anyone looking to start a fitness journey.

The app have a lot of exercises beside the ones from the 28 days challenge. I feel like I can adapt them to my needs and routine. I've been able to follow it so far and also tracking water consumption.

I was hesitated first to use it but then decided to give it a try, I am on my day 3 of workout and I already started feeling better and more flexible than before. While being active for my age (67) I have picked up "love handles" that have proven difficult to shake.
It is early days, but I am finding that the daily routine, coupled with my fast walks, promises to at least diminish the handle size!

I have only done the exercises for a few days and skeptical as usual about so many programs out there, but the app, the programs and everything thus far is very professional and well planned. I also feel the exercises working and many people, including me underestimate what one can actually do on a chair and in yoga. I will continue and complete the program. I will write an even better review once I see how my body is transformed. I also actually feel more energized by the exercises.

I'm only on day 3, but I am feeling the change in my body already, I have stuck to my calorie deficit hit each workout and I am following a strict 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. I am a naturally big guy 6'4" and my healthy weight is between 240-265 but I am a very unhealthy 350 after stopping working physically demanding jobs and working office jobs and from home for the last 4+ years. I am committed to getting fit again and this is the first program I feel is going to work for me after multiple failed attempts.
