As someone who generally hates most forms of exercise, these pilates workouts are something I don't dread. They're not terribly difficult but not ineffective. I appreciate that the workouts are only about 15 minutes long. I can't say much as to results yet because I am only a few days in. It's nice that it comes with a meal plan as well.

Not very time consuming which has been my challenge with getting back into a workout routine. 15 mins and you feel it. Everything you do you can track to see your results which is good as well. Not the easiest but what good things come easy? LFG!

I started using this app as a stepping stone to get back into a workout routine, and I love the easy and quick, but very effective, workouts it started me out with! Plus the health tracking, food and water intake tracker and calorie burning tracking. All combined, it makes it a great app!

I just retired and wanted to find some in-home, no equipment workouts to help get in better shape. I wanted some real exercise, but I did not want anything too strenuous. Better Me is exactly the type of exercise that I was looking for, and the number and variety of options for short but effective workouts go far beyond what I expected. I just thought I would get one workout, but there are so many that I am still exploring the scope of the app.

I have been very disappointed in myself this last year regarding my lack of motivation and weight gain. I had contemplated trying a fitness app but it just seemed overwhelming. Somehow BetterMe popped up on a site and I actually took the time to click on it and evaluate. It is more than a fitness app. It also tracks your calories, offers recipes, offers coaching, tracks steps & water consumption, plus the fitness aspect which is dialed in to exactly the length of time and pace you need. It also has nice excerpts on health and motivation if you are so inclined to read them. I'm shocked at how much I am enjoying the app, and am surprised how good I feel already in just 2 weeks time.

I love the way the daily workouts started with simple exercises each daily.
However the time allowed to get into the next workout was too short and always leaves me trying to catch up.
I guess It will take some getting used to.

Welp I had low expectations for this! But so far 4 days in I'm doing ok! Nothings been recorded bc I forget to! But I have worked out everyday! And they are easy to get into. As well as do several times I day. The only thing is it's hard to edit the calories and how much I'm actually in taking. Like free form adding how many oz or teaspoons I have had. Other than that I'm impressed wish I had the funds to keep going with it after my 30 days are up

I've recently, 6 months ago, undergone a major operation which made me experience muscle weakness and loss of strength. I've gained quite a bit of weight and lost confidence and motivation to work on my health. The one thing I absolutely love about better me is the reminders to drink water, it's a simple thing but everytime I see it I take a sip or gulp of water. The work outs are quite challenging but I feel very motivated knowing that there are many women just like me who are using the app and doing good, I like the accountability knowing that I need to complete one to get to the next.

I have recently added the Better Me app and purchased a 3 month program. Recently, I've been having a hard time motivating to do anything involving diet/exercise… but since purchasing the app I have LOVED tracking my macros and getting my daily workouts in. You can set your preferred duration of exercise and customized fitness goal! And the food tracking is convenient with the bar code scanner! If you're questioning whether you should choose this program - JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

I was stuck in a bit of a rut, busy with kids, work and life and hadn't moved my body enough in a long time. I saw that the workouts were just 10-15 min long, no equipment required. I have really enjoyed Better Me over the last week. I can easily do one workout a day, and I can fit other work outs in while at work or in the evening. All of the workout are rigorous and challenging while being accessible and enjoyable. I get a great sense of accomplishment every time I finish a work out. I love that this app teaches you while you workout. I have been so much more educated on my personal intake in calories and water. It's helped me be more consistent with staying with working out and being consistent.

I've appreciated having the easy gentle exercises ready for me each day, after my injury it's been difficult to get back in shape.
Some of the exercise videos have the movement obscured by the timer, or don't show another angle so I'm not sure what the movement is, but I appreciate having an actual person (who's not an exercise model) modeling the exercises.
