Better Me is awesome

I love this app. It tells me exactly what to do and shows me too. I love all the love and support. Ive been using it for 2 weeks and have lost 5lb so far. I can feel myself getting stronger and even my husband has noticed a difference. Praying for good end results to continue to use this as a daily workout routine.

Definitely better!

I've always had a hard time sticking with my plans, but BetterMe has made it so much easier with better schedules and reminders! I love all the different work outs for every level, whether you're beginning or advanced or anywhere in between, they have so many different ones for so many different levels. I love it! Absolutely love it.

J'aime beaucoup l'appli. La seule chose, je trouve que la transition entre les exercices est trop rapide, l'exercice commence et on n'a même pas eu le temps de se placer. Et une autre chose, on ne voit pas bien l'exercice qu'on nous montre avant de les commencer à cause de l'ecriture devant. Ça nous empêche de bien voir.

Made me feel good

I am only about 3 days in. My body is a bit sore so I know it's working. The work outs are perfect for mornings or afternoons even if you have a busy schedule. 15 min is perfect! Can't wait to see the results in a month or so! Thank you better me!

Motivated after having kids

I've just started my program but it's nice to have a workout ready for me that I don't have to spend time online looking for before I start. Less distraction actually makes me follow through and complete these workouts. With two small kids it's hard to find time to look for a workout and I would like to see some of that bouncing back they talk about lol Hoping to start seeing some results soon.

Jury is still out

So far so good. I am on my 7th or 8th day. Most of the exercises have been too easy for me but i wanted to start slowly. I am going to complete my workout today and then increase the difficulty level. I did also get some smaller weights to use in some of the exercises. I do like that the exercises focus on certain areas and also like that while the exercises kind of trick you. The exercise have you using your legs but in reality you are actually using your core. My gut (no pun intended) tells me that increasing difficulty level will have an impact and make the exercises more challenging.

As a long time gym goer but now in mid fifties, I found it easy to gain belly weight.
No longer wanting to go to gym, I gave BetterMe a try, no longer wanting to simply gain muscle but rather tone and lose some Kilos. Love the app that creates the tailor made program and goals. Flexible and best part is just the short but fairly intense sessions. It motivates you and gives great results without needing hours a day. Recommended.

I love how varied the work out collection is for home and gym. Lots of exercises i have not tried before. Initially i joined to learn handstands and balances but i have not found those yet however i have been following the work out plan and in look forward to it everyday. And the meal plans are a god send. I love how simple the recipes are, i can make a tasty healthy meal using very little ingredients which is perfect. So much on the app that i don't feel the need to use but its good to have it there!

Mindig is tornáztam/edzettem valamit. De mostanra (50+) sajnos elfogyott a motivációm, könnyedén lebeszélem magam az edzésről. Na de most, ez az app egy új lehetőség, ami teljes mértékben beváltotta a hozzá fűzött reményeimet. Egyszerűen imádom az edzéseket, amiket küld nekem. Imádom, ahogy megkérdezi, hogy érzem magam, és amikor azt mondom neki, köszönöm, de többet is bírnék, akkor egyszerűen küld még egy blokkot Általában reggel végzem el, amikor megjövök a napi sétámból. Időnként akkor is megcsinálom a napi adagom, amikor egyébként munka után edzésre megyek. Érzem, hogy nagyon jót tesz még ha olykor rövidebb edzést csinálok is. Már most látom, hogy szépen kerekedik a vállam, formásodik a combom, pedig csak 2 hét telt el. Nagyon boldog és elégedett vagyok

2kgs down in 2 weeks!

I hated working out, always have and therefore avoided it. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and I thought that, that freedom, was my right. I never understood why some people were obsessed with working out when it was so difficult.

I've always wanted a great body, but lacked the motivation to start and more importantly, to keep at it. I always start things and then never see them through.

That's all changed since I discovered the BetterMe app. I loved having a plan and someone who can show me what to do. Also love the music - I run it through my JBL so it feels like a gym class 😅 The eating plan also helps a lot since I had no idea what food to buy. Logging calories suck, and Ive been slacking on that, but I shall get back into it and try to keep it consistent.

Anyways, it's been 2 weeks (3 times a week) and I am down 2kgs. I started feeling less "bloated" a few days ago and my face looks a little skinnier. I thought I was imagining it until someone at work asked me if Ive lost weight. Best feeling! Can't wait to become a better version of myself. Great app!

First Two Weeks

I was sceptical, I've used apps in the past and am not a fan. But the app is smooth and easy to use. It helped set a goal, and so far I have loved using it. I have followed the daily workouts, read the chapters, and used the calorie calculator; they have been great. Here is to two more weeks!

Great way to begin pilates

Enjoying it so far

Enjoying it so far but not clear on the levels - for Pilates, I wanted to try medium for a day or so and then maybe advanced Day 1 too but it will cause me to lose my progress on the medium level! Bummed! I'm a beginner so medium feels right and I can progress to advanced next but would have liked to test out advanced to see how it is! Still curious if that's possible.

Chair exercises
January 24, 2026

The chair exercises are well designed for people with mobility issues. The exercises encourage a wide range of motion for fingers, arms and legs. A person can either print all the exercises or download the daily videos. My preference is the short videos. The instructor illustrates each exercise for a few seconds and then a voice describes in further detail how each exercise is to be completed. Each exercise is timed starting with the higher number and going down to 0, I think all the exercises for the day can be completed in about 15 minutes. There is a counter that indicates calories burned at the end of all the exercises.
