I'm enjoying the exercises, the motivation is good and I feel that it's something I will stick too. However I feel that the cost of the equipment to go with it was deliberately hidden until you had purchased a plan, and it is also extremely expensive.
I signed up because I liked the look of the accessories, but at $149 is ridiculous, I went to a supermarket and picked up the same stuff for about £10.
Everything is good so far, hope it continues. Now I'm just trying to get to 50 characters

I needed something to challenge me but not put me off! I have bad shoulders but the gentle pace of the exercises are perfect for me. The movement has improved my shoulder mobility!
