I have tried many plans over the years. And since 2005 have had over 30 abdominal surgeries, trying to get that area back into shape. My upper arms and upper legs has been a constant struggle, not just weight loss, but just getting them in shape and doing something that doesn't hurt me to the point that I can't continue. This has been amazing for me. I feel motivated every day to do it. I don't feel like it's something I can't accomplish. There have been a few exercises. I've had to modify a bit because of my age and disabilities, but for the most part amazing, I can't thank you.Enough for giving me back the confidence I felt like I'd never regain
I used to play professionally sport but during covid and born of our children I became inactive, eating too much fast food
I tried betterMe, it is a good start, nice selection of exercise plans, most of them I know but put into nice smooth plan
I could probably do a little longer work out, but 9 minutes is a good place to start

Eventually decided on this, after thinking about it way too long. I love it. Meal plans good, I use them for ideas, the motivation you receive is brilliant, daily check ins with your coach is great and you receive feed back on your meals, the work outs are varied (I personally am not so flexible, at the moment), and it gives you the will to want to try. Love it😁.
I love the workouts on BetterMe. I'm a busy single mom of four and haven't been able to find the time to go workout for a long time. Doing the BetterMe workouts at home makes it easy and doesn't take up too much of my time. Much better than trying to make it to a gym and spending time and extra money on memberships and gas. The exercises seem so simple and I've been used to intense workouts in the past but post partum for the 2nd time and hard to climb back in the saddle but here I am, right where I need to be. Easy short well structured without extra equipment. Just right for now
