I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, and yet they still charged me 35 euros. I open the app and it tells me that my subscription has expired, even though i paid for a program i do not want. I reached out to the customer service twice, they sent me an non helpful automatic email response, and after that nothing. Terrible.
I signed up for the 28$ trial within a month i was charged approx $300 to my credit card! Most charges are hidden!

I would not recommend them to anyone. I sent the initial money and without informing me, they took an additional $64.27 out of my account! I have asked for it to be refunded repeatedly, and have had no response.

Please, try again later or do some push-ups to kill the time :)) I don't need to pay money to do push ups, I can work that out myself. Totally unsatisfied with service after the first week or so. After that it was just a hit and miss situation. I would rather have kept my money and bought meat pies and Schooners. NOT HAPPY JAN!

No matter how amazing a product may be, if customer service sucks, that says a lot about a company. Emailed them 5 times but haven't received a reply so I'm having to go through my bank for a refund. Terrible

I subscribed for weekly plan of 4.99 USD. After it expaired I cancelled and then two months after still they are charging me for 18 USD appproximately. I sent bunch of emails but nothing! They are scam and stealing money!

After trying their app for the 28 day challenge ($14.99 special) my card was charged another $49.99 which I didn't authorise and after writing 3 emails they have still not responded or refunded me! This app is the worst I have come across. It jumps from doing moves on the floor to back up on your feet to back on the floor again, and you have under 5 seconds to try and get into the position. No flow. I didn't like the robot voice in all the lessons and the music was so strange. They have an awful lot to change before this gets better and charging my card after only accepting a 28 challenge and still not fixing it has made me very upset! It put me in negative in my account and I can't afford it. If it was a good app and flowed well and was actually helpful I would be the first to write a good review; but this was shocking. I hope this helps others not use this app. I wish their advertising wasn't so good on instagram.

I signed up for the promotion $25 month and as a new mom couldn't actually commit to the workouts as it's not possible with a newborn. I contacted customer service to put a hold on my account and it sent me in a loop unable to cancel.
I did wait for a response and did reach the customer service rep. Once she saw my emails they were more than helpful and gave me a full refund.

Signed up for the coaching including the band. That's a joke. The sign up is for 4 weeks of coaching with the band and the band takes over 2 weeks to get here, struggled to charge it the first time and couldn't charge it again. Lasted about 5 days out of my 28 day trial run. Coaching is a joke. They give you very little and if you want actual coaching you have to pay more. Coaching sign up part is a scam. The food diary is a joke. There are countless options of the same food listed at varying calories for the same amount - the so called coaches with the sign up trial tell you this is the customer error and that all apps have glitches as does this one. After about 10 days the app lost all my data and went blank, a few hours later some of it came back. Absolute waste of money, doesn't help with weight loss just increases stress.
This app doesnt provide what was advertised. There is nothing unique about the workouts. In addition, they keep your information and continue to charge you even if you cancel the subscription. Complicated and confusing process to cancel. Please dont fall into this sink hole. Difficult to get out..

I had joined for a month trial $24.99 and found I wasn't using the app so unsubscribed in my Apple ID and deleted the app. Still got charged $49.99 at the end of the month which I was concerned but thought maybe it might have been an extra charge at the end of the month. The end of this month comes and THE SAME THING has happened, another $49.99 has been taken out of my account and I haven't even had the app or subscription for over a month. I have emailed multiple times and no response.
I no have to go and cancel my card as I'm worried this will keep happening each month.

If your purchase is made via the website, your subscription should be canceled via the website. And if your purchase is made via iTunes/App Store, it should be canceled via your phone's settings.

They charge you without notification. Customer service took 5 weeks to respond and had the excuse of unexpected high volume of "requests". Their excuse for charging before notifying you is that people don't see it anyway. Their program is antiquated and hard to use app/ website. They are a scam! DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM!

Take my advice & don't even bother signing up for the trial. It is not worth the heartache or expense.

This organisation has continued to withdraw money from my bank account, with no authorisation to do so. Do not under any circumstances give bank details to this organisation. I gave mine for a one-off purchase. Th organisation treated that as an ongoing subscription and the right to withdraw money from my account every month. I am reporting this s a theft. The organisation also ignored my request to stop the withdrawals.
