I subscribed BetterMe trial version, it was a well arranged, schematic information, but for me there was nothing new there, therefore I unsubscribed, notified Customer Support by e-mail, closed my account and uninstalled application. A month later what was my surprise when I found out that BetterMe continues charging the fee. I wrote several emails to Customer Service asking why they still charge the money, but Customer Service didn't react to my issue just kept sending formal replies without answering my questions. I immediately realized that it was a scamp company earning on customers, lying that the customer didn't follow/or read the terms or didn't unsubscribe. It was impossible to get through and cancel subscription through Customer Service! So, I have to contact my bank and close the card to stop charging. Don't trust BetterMe! It's a trap
Tried this out hoping to use it. Support has been non-existent. And multiple attempts to reach out by email I only ever get a auto response saying they received my request. Paid for this service and the subscription will not show up in the app or web browser when I log in, but they dang well took my money. 17 days it has been trying to get any assistance at all. Not one single reply by email. Do not use this company ever!

I paid one week without a rollover into a subscription, I made sure of that, otherwise it would have been cheaper. They still charged me the following month $38.95. My bank is handling it, because when I emailed, I didn't get a response for a few days. When they finally responded they said they cancelled my subscription, and gave me 3 months free, but no refund. I explained I never downloaded the app, I never agreed to the subscription and I did not want 3 months free, i wanted the monthly charge refunded. They never got back to me after that one time response.

Before I signed up I had questions. Kept getting automated replies that didn't pertain to the question. Avoid this company as there appears to be no real people around to assist. Luckily I didn't sign up but my experience is what most of these reviews are stating...very poor.

Scam!I just bought a plan + coach by mistake,I sent 10 emails to cancle it from 2 hours after,nobody replied,after 2 days,they replied me No Refund at all,you can just cancle subscription to prevent for next month deduction!it is not fair at all,how they are allowed to do that No money back!

Do not give your information to this company. My wife has been trying to cancel for three months, each time they billed her about $35. We emailed over and over to cancel, got one response requesting more information from my wife. When I gave them the information, they did nothing and continued to bill her. We had to reach out to our bank and report that this company was fraudulent.

Felt tricked into signing up and then when I saw the interface, I immediately had buyer's remorse. Immediately contacted company for a refund and received one response that they don't have record of my email, so I sent a screenshot of my Apple account purchased as instructed and zero response. After four emails.

I contacted BetterMe as a subscription due 3rd January 2024 was taken out today, 6th Dec 2023. I have received confirmation of refund within 2 hrs. I have though, cancelled my subscription. Efficiency appreciated but very questionable practice. How many don't notice?
I signed up for the Betterme app for a month. Did not like it and 3 days before my subscription was to renew, I emailed them and cancelled my subscription. They sent an email back and said it was cancelled and I would not be charged any further charges. Then I noticed later that day, they billed me for an additional month to my bank account. I emailed them and they said I was still active and refused to refund my money.

I see why the have more 1 star reviews than 5 or 4. I wish I could give them -0 stars. I signed up for this service and cancelled it via the app after NEVER using it. They still billed me TWICE on the renewal date for 2 different charges. So I was charged $155.00 for a service that was never used. I attempted to contact customer support and as mentioned by other victims, they are unresponsive. You only receive an auto reply with no additional contact. Save yourself some time and DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APP.

I have tried several times via email to get a response as I never received the app and then I have realised they have been taking $49.99 a month for 4 months, I did not ask for anything except the initial app for 24:99. I can only assume it's a scam since they never respond.

I was sent a special deal for $19.29 and decided I would give it a try. My bank flagged the charge immediately but said no it's okay only to find out after the first initial charge of $19.29 they charged me another $59.99 that I did not authorize! I should have come to the reviews first because if I had known I would have never risked it. I have emailed with no response, I have cancelled and have received NO cancellation email. It is not under my Apple Subscriptions. I have made my bank aware of the dispute but after reading all the stories of continuous issues with charges sounds like I need to cancel the card. I do not recommend trying this app!
It really is disgusting that this company is taking advantage of people who are just trying to do something to get themselves healthy and in a better place.

It's disappointing. I subscribed it as it said 28 challenge I thought it starts from the time I start using the app. I couldn't use it from the first day till the end of month because of I got sick. I was charged the second month without pre authorized payment for double amount.

I don't care for apps that renew before your subscription is due. I canceled within 30 days and requested a refund. They offered to reimburse 1/2 if I stay with them. I'm disputing the full amount.

I tried the app for free for 30 days and did not like it or use it. I did not get any information from the company that they were going to charge me for 1 year until u saw it on my amx card. I reached out to tell them with a day if the charge that I wasn't notified of the option to cancel and requested a refund. They only offered 3 extra months. I DO NOT use the app! Why would I want 3 extra months. Have year to hat back, with no refund.
