It was super challenging to muster up enough determination to start my weight loss transformation. And having to wade through a wall of questionable articles wasn't helping! Hands down one of the best workout apps in the game. Anyone who feels lost in their weight loss journey needs to download it ASAP. Once you do, then it's basically autopilot mode from there on out. You are sent personalized sets of exercises, recipes, weight loss tips. You get a calorie/water intake/step tracker. They even offer a personal coach feature. You're definitely gonna get a good run for your money!

They charged my account 4 times but fixed that in the end and have me listed for the wrong program from what I signed up from their facebook page and because I complained they cancelled my subscription and then when they finally posted the discounted intro price, they charged me a. 90 finance fee. No followup response to my second email inquiring an update on my initial ticket and had to create another ticket to question why I was charged a finance fee.
Tried to upload additional pics but due to pixel limitation, couldn't upload.
No more making any purchases from facebook regardless if the service is appealing.

Excellent customer service

Called on a Sunday regarding a billing question, and after being on hold a short time due to all representatives being busy, voicemail had me leave a message. I received a callback within 30 minutes!
At first I was concerned as it sounded as Customer Services may be outsourced, and in the past I have had some difficulty at times with outsourced contract agencies. But my concerns were unfounded. The gentleman who assisted me did his job well. He was helpful and knowledgeable, able to discern and address my concern, working with me so that my concern was immediately resolved. Considering the concern was caused on my end, this is excellent customer service.
I do recommend this company to those who are considering it, but maybe hesitant wondering about the customer service aspect. I've not had such great one on one service from an online business for some time.

Ripped

I cancelled my subscription but they still took payment, when I tried to cancel payment again it tells me there's an error and can't process, therefore I suspect another payment will come out, definitely not trustworthy unless a refund my last payment is processed I would not trust this site

I signed up for the 30-day trial. It wasn't revolutionary so the last 10 days I didn't even use the app. However at the end of 30 days I found a notice from my PayPal that they had billed me for an additional month. I contacted the company and told them it was not my intent to continue. I received an email from the company that they had reviewed my concern and that they were crediting me the full amount of the additional monthly payment. They were very prompt to respond and very professional. Very good customer service.

Not a great program

Save money as of right now this company charged me twice in a week and none of which I will help me and I cancel 5 days ago. They also said they cancel and this morning they charged me again. I differently did not remind this to anyone should have just talked yo my doctor or join a gym like before.

Upon looking over the promises of the site, I decided to give it a try. After signing up, they offered additional products that cost so I signed up for one. At that time I was able to open the site in full and saw immediately that this is not what I thought it was and within 15 minutes, started my cancellation process. Responded back saying they were out of the country and then responded back that I had to try it for 7 days and send them the results before I could get a refund in full. I explained the the process of the plan is not what I expected it to be and again asked for a refund. If I could of seen the entire program and processes the recommend, I would of never signed up! You will see the promises but won't get to see the Process until you pay to sign up. I have asked for the refund 4 times as well as I see other people have had this same difficulty and why not just give the refund and keep these kinds of remarks from coming up, especially within 15 minutes! Hopefully I will see that I have been refunded as well!

I'm not really that computer literate and I somehow ended up on a screen that I couldn't figure out how to get out of without signing up for a part of the program I didn't want and of course it was at an additional cost of 12.99. It was extremely frustrating. I also have some mobility issues with my neck and the first yoga exercises I tried definitely put a strain on my neck.

We have a general subscription package with premium features. Not all of them are included. There are some tools that require a completely different subscription. We display them so that our users are aware of their options. Additional plans can be skipped by closing the pop-up or tapping "Skip".

We are really sorry to hear about your injury. We highly recommend our users consult a physician or healthcare professional for medical advice before starting any diet- or exercise-related plans. Some meal plans or workouts may not be suitable for all individuals.

However, there are still ways to modify food and training according to your needs. You can change meals, log your own food, substitute ingredients, and adjust workouts based on your doctor's advice.

Scam and Fraud site

Similar experience here. Repeated attempts to contract company about fraudulent recurring charges are either ignored or go to a "Oops, something went wrong" result. Do nto trust this online vendor. You will be scammed.

Wrong Attitude

Be careful, Be very careful if you intend to cancel your subscription. Money is more important than their reputation. Make sure you give plenty advance notice and read the fine print for which they rely upon.
I tried to cancel my subscription after the first month and did not realise that my card had already been charged for the second month in full. I explained the situation as I had not fully utilised the diet, but they hid behind the small print and I genuinely felt robbed as I believe you should derive value from your purchase.
Be careful. Be very careful.

I hope there is less than one star to evaluate their business. They are not honest, not faithful. They took from my credit card all the fees ( can $ 7.98 + 34.99) before confirming and completing my subscription. And they decided to not return my money back. It's really disappointed. I don't recommend anybody to subscribe with them.

They won't cancel your subscription. Using the war in Ukraine as an excuse. They usually use the oops something went wrong reason.

Can't cancel subscription

I have tried to cancel this subscription since January 2022. I do not recall subscribing to the service, however, given them the benefit of the doubt (and not having the time to fight the battle) I refrained from requesting a refund but requested them to cancel the subsciption. They take TWO monthly payments from my account on the same day (R199.99 and R279.72). I tried to follow all their proposed methods for cancelation. When selecting any their proposed options on the app for cancelation, except of course the option for adding more features to the profile you are presented with "Oops, something went wrong. Please check your internet connection". I have now canceled my bank card to prevent future payments from this application.

It normally doesn't take more than 24 hours for our team to reply to our users' requests, so it doesn't sound right when you say that you are trying to cancel since January. Could you please clarify in what way you've tried to contact our team?

Regarding the error you see, we would recommend that you reinstall the application on your device and made sure that you are logged into your account. Such an error can appear in multiple cases, most commonly when the user is not logged in.

I cancelled my subscription and all of a sudden I was charged again. I can't even access the app to manage my subscription and it is not even on my google app subscription. It definitely has no use for me so I cancelled. The work out can be found on other sites for free.
