Getting better every day

I find the app very good. As a new mom i find this very convenient! I get my 30min Workout daily, as this is the time i've got anyways. What i also find nice is that u get to enter all your information and goals, and they will make a personlised plan just for you.

Body is moving again!

I love that I'm feeling my muscles and joints working again. It is liberating! It's been a long time since I took the first step. I was always in shape, but became a couch potato two years ago. I can't wait for my next day's exercises!

I have been enjoying this app so far. I think the exercises are good and they mix them up a bit so your not always doing the same things. I already am feeling some soreness in muscles and parts of the body I probably haven't exercised in some time.

I like the way it has been designed taking into account personal habits and objectives. How much I weigh, what I eat, how much water I drink, how much a sleep etc all combined to suggest a plan weaving the purpose or objectives into these inputs.
