Very inconsistent sizing

I have been buying the same size pants from Betabrand for many years. My last 2 purchases have been totally off size and even the petite pants I wear are way too long for me. The material is stiffer too. Returning everything

Pant legs were different sizes

I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.

Buyer Beware
March 15, 2024

I have purchased many pairs of pants from BetaBrand. I love my denim jeans and decided to get more of different style and colors. I shopped from my smartphone. The Boyfriend Jeans in the Coastal Wash have rips, fraying hems. I realize that this is fashionable to many but does not meet the "polished casual pant" description IMO. When I contacted customer service they were our photo (on my screen 2" tall and 1" wide) shows them so loyal customer, you should have known and no we will not make any exception to our policies.

If you choose to buy, be sure to zoom over every area of the pants in the photos looking for potential flaws because they will not help you. They are strictly Butter Beware not Buyer be satisfied.

I ordered one pair of their typical pants in December as a present for my niece and four months later I still haven't received them! They give excuse after excuse BUT I still get daily ads from them to buy their products! It's very frustrating!

Where are my pants
February 14, 2024

I ordered two pairs back in December (before Christmas) to this day 2/14, I have not received my order and no notification from Betabrand that my order is delayed. I have reached out to their customer services two times, response is typical - delay in production. Next week will be 2 months and nothing still. Customer Service did not offer a discount or credit, they did however, gave me option to cancel my order.
Take a good look at your order to make sure pants are in stock, apparently there is a way to look this up as you are ordering, I was not aware of this option.
I own one pair from several years ago and I love them, but this time it's been very disappointing.

Pants are almost totally worn through after only owning them about one and a half years. When I pay over $100 for a pair of pants, I expect them to last 5+ years. I reached out to customer service about some kind of product warranty, and they basically said that because I'd owned them longer than 2-3 months, too bad. So, they clearly don't care about the low quality of their very expensive product.
I should also note that sizing and shrinkage is inconsistent across pants - different pairs of pants ordered at the same size ended up being quite different leg length-wise.

Love these pants... comfortable and long. However, I still have an order pending to be shipped from over a year ago. The black friday deals that I was so excited about are still to be shipped and emails to customer service are unhelpful. And still adds clog my inbox daily. If orders are so overwhelming to your wearhouse why are you not taking care of your existing customers. DISSATISFIED. Such a shame.

I would have given Betabrand a very high rating until I discovered they have discontinued their plus size clothing. I find this very shocking since the vibe is our culture has been embracing all body shapes. Most clothing companies are going the other way by offering clothing of all shapes and sizes. They claim to sell yoga pants, but I've never been kicked out of a yoga class for my size. This is very disappointing.

I've ordered their pants in the past and absolutely loved them, but my latest order was placed in July 2023, and here I am in Feb 2024 with no guarantees that I will ever see the products. All I get in response to my inquiries is excuses about issues with suppliers. WHY does this company offer products on their website that they know they cannot deliver? They should either mention that they are out of stock, or stop advertising. It's so wrong that they keep taking people's money. I don't want to ask for a refund because I'm sure I wouldn't be getting it. I'm living in denial, dreaming that one day a package will be dropped at my doorstep. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Placed an order in May of 2023 and it is now mid-January 2024 and have not received my order. I have reached out to company numerous times with same response, 'we are working diligently to get through the backlog and ship orders out as quickly as we can'. They offer a refund or keep waiting until order is shipped. Why sell items if you cannot guarantee delivery? I almost placed another order until I remembered I was still waiting for my last order to ship. How are they still doing business? Why have they not been shut down? I guess time will tell.

I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.

I have 3 black, 2 navy, grey striped Nd dark grey yoga dress pants and love them. It's been 8 years and they are like brand new. Cold wash, hang dry and you can't go wrong. Super comfortable and love the elastic waist.

I love these pants. They are great for work, high quality and durable. I've been wearing betabrand yoga pants 5 days a week for the last 10 years. Some of these pants are 5 years old (loved it when they added pockets. However, it will take FOREVER to get your order. I recently ordered - and paid - for two pairs of IN-STOCK pants, and a month later, they still have not shipped. I mean it's ridiculous to take money for an IN-STOCK product for the company to sit on your order for over a month. So, they have my money and I don't have my merch. I found nowhere on the site that warned me of how long it will take for them to ship the merch.

I placed an order on January 20th 2023 and have yet to receive it. I contacted the customer service on February 7th and received a reply that the are having trouble keeping up with demands. I'm not sure why Betabrand didn't make this clear on their website when I placed this order. It's been more than a month of wait without any updates and I have requested a refund. I have also filed a complaint with FTC. DO NOT order anything from this company!

Shipping insanely slow, even for COVID

I've liked all of Betabrand's clothing items I've purchased. I have no complaints in that regard save for their high prices. However, shipping is insanely slow. They print out a shipping label, send you an email that the item has shipped, and approximately three weeks later you receive said item. Never again. At least make shipping free if it takes forever.

Never Shipped

Really bad that this company advertises available product and then takes your money knowing they cannot ship. You have to contact them several times to get an refund while they keep saying not to worry, shipping soon. Too bad because the product is great but their customer service/advertising is misleading. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet or had a complaint filed. This happened to me twice.

I love their clothes, The price and quality are amazing. The customer service well train and helpful. I had an issue with my delivery that was stuck in the same place for three days and they took care immediately. Betabrand should give customer services classes to a few companies out there. Good job!

I used to absolutely love the black yoga dress pants. Until recently. I've maybe washed this pair 5 times and they came out of my washer looking like this! I just bought them in January 15,2023! Its APRIL! I contacted Betabrand and inquired as to why this pair did this. Their response? See photo. Basically "oh darn it's over 90 days, too bad so sad". I was ONE WEEK past the 90 days. When paying $128 for a pair of pants I truly expect better customer service, and a better product. I wash them in cold water and hang them dry. I'll find another company. This one has turned into trash.

2 orders, got NO pants!

First order was returned to sender because the company claims they forgot to put street address on a whole batch of orders that day. They gave me a discount coupon and I tried again. Another 3 weeks after ordering, still no pants! They told me they would give me a refund since the order must have gotten lost. How does this company stay in business? Even if their pants are self-cleaning and make you look like a supermodel, they are worthless if they can't manage to get your order to the customer. Don't waste your time or energy here.
