Take your money and run! Ordered pants late September … was CHARGED for them at the time, but still no product. If they are having supplier issues … why are they still taking orders!?! OK, so I'll call customer service …. Whoops, no actual people to talk to! Did I forget to mention …NO RETURNS! Would love to supply a photo as requested, but I have NO PRODUCT!
Something has happened to this once amazing company. They are either going down or they have already folded but refuse to admit it.
I ordered a Dandelion-colored Marilyn Dress on 3 August 2023, and was promised shipment in September. A "pre-order." Fast-forward to October, the price is basically cut in half from what I originally paid, and I was promised a reduction in price as well as fulfillment of product.
I have still not received my dress nor responses to my emails requesting shipment updates and/or refunds. Buyers beware; I wish I had found this forum in August. I have so many beautiful and durable items from BetaBrand, but I guess I won't own any more. I loved this company and their utilitarian style and design. I'm so disheartened by this and dreading finding yet another company like them. Le sigh.
Betabrand sells product with a written ship date, e.g., delivery in October. Twice I have placed an order, not delivered, and upon follow-up received an automated message that Betabrand is experiencing supply chain and product delivery issues. Purchase in August never available (although charged), purchase in September to be delivered in October, still not delivered and it is mid-November. Receive the same canned excuse. Do not expect professional customer service nor delivery of product falsely advertised for sale.
I ordered and customer service was unable to provide me with order tracking and said they would have no idea when my order could be filled. After asking for a refund my card was used fraudulently and they gave me a hard time about the refund. Pants are great but not unless I know when they'll be delivered.
These pants are awesome! Unfortunately the company isn't sending them to me. I've ordered several times and always received my pants in a timely fashion. However, now I'm being told the company has no idea when they will be able to send my pants. They wasted NO time taking my $85 for a pair of pants, but u have yet to receive them
Two orders I've placed and not received. After 3-4 weeks, i inquire about the status and they can't tell me when it will ship but that it's "in their warehouse". They tell me I can cancel my order if I wish. I write back and confirm id like to cancel my order to be told, well, I can try but it's already at the warehouse so I can't guarantee I can cancel. So, they can guarantee they take my money the MOMENT my order is placed, but they cannot guarantee if/when the order will ship and cannot guarantee if I can get a refund. What a laughing joke! I like their pants, but they are not THAT great. Ladies, save yourself some frustration and avoid this scammy company! I've had to dispute both charges on my credit card! Betabrand, I've never experienced a worse company!
I placed an order early June and was told it would "by the end of June". It is now November and still have not received my order. Each time I reach out I get the same message that "our warehouse team has encountered unforeseen issues impacting fulfillment and causing delays". Betabrand has no way of tracking where your order is in the queue in their warehouse.
I bought 2 pants in July 2023 with the advertisement of a pre-order to ship in August. Well, August came and nothing. I started communicating with their customer service and they apologized saying that there was a delay and ot would ship soon. At the beggining of September I received one pants. It is End of October and I still have not received the second pants. Customer service keep telling me that they do not have an ETA at this point. This is an absurd and that is not the way to do business. I used to love this company but not anymore. I am going to ask for my refund and never buy from them again.
I pre-ordered 2 pants in July for a deliver date in August. As it is approaching the end of August still no notification. I contacted them and they gave me an answer that something happened but that they would try to ship it as soon as possible. I did get one of them at the beginning of September and the second one I have not received it yet and they told me that it would ship by October. ( as I am writing this review it is 9/25).
This is ridiculous. They took my money 3 months ago and I still have not received my second pants.
I used to love Betabrand, the quality is very good, but the way they are doing their business is not right. After I receive my second pants I am not ordering from them ever again.
I ordered 6 items this time. I recieved what was clearly a previously returned item sold without any indication there may be defects. The previous person's note was still in the package. Their site not allowing refund as it is a 'last chance' item. There was nothing showing defective, only no returns. There was another off item, not as bad, just longer than ordered and labelled. It seems long marked regular, compared to other items.

I made an order in June. It is now October. My order hasn't even shipped yet. I have contacted Betabrand several times, and they keep telling me they had unexpected delays out of their control.
Don't order the same size you ordered years ago as there sizes are now smaller and my body size has not changed but theirs have. I use to be M now I'm L. I got 2 yoga pants M this year and they were too tight. When I realised size diff, itried to change size for another order I was waiting on with expected delivery 3 months ahead and told I couldn't. I put a cancel request in but another pants arrived that was the wrong size. Even available stock you wait 6-8mths for. Not a happy customer.
Company promotes product, specials and discounts but cannot/will not deliver. Don't waste your time.
I love their products, but will never order again due to my recent experience. I ordered 4 items around the Fourth of July during one of their sales. It took 2.5 months to get two of the items, still waiting on the other two. They claim material back logs, but if this is the case, why are you still offering the items online? Customer service is not helpful- basically automated replies.
I've bought Betabrand pants before and loved them! My old pair are coming to an end so I bought more the beginning of August and have yet to receive any update on the order. I've reached out to customer care twice and just receive a response that they are having problems in the warehouse and they have no idea when I should be receiving my package. After reading all of the reveiws on here, I see this has been happeneing for several months and people still do not have their package. I understand having an issue that you have no control over but atleast provide your customers an update on the issue and let them know what's going on. Right after I cancelled my order, I received a text about sales and discounts. Stop advertising sales when you can't even send out the orders you haven't been able to fill for months!
My favorite pair of pants came from Betabrand years ago. In early August 2023 I ordered pants from them that said they would ship in August. It is now September 25th and they still have not even shipped. I had to ask customer service for answers multiple times and they literally just say "we can't provide estimates". How in the world is that acceptable? You can't just say that you don't know where my product is! I think they're going under, or something is going wrong, and they will take your money without making any real effort to fulfill your order. I canceled my order, which is really disappointing because I could have gone shopping for what I need sometime over the past TWO MONTHS. It's completely unacceptable. If they don't refund me I will have to take it up with my credit card company. And Betabrand is still advertising! Even though they clearly don't have the product! This company that used to make amazing pants is turning into a scam. And they do nothing to try to make it up to their customers. I am never buying from them again.
I ordered several pairs of pants from Betabrand over the summer. I waited more than two months for the items to be shipped. I reached out to customer service on five different occasions, and each time was told that the items would be shipping within a week. When that timeframe was up I would email them again and get the same answer. Every time the only options they gave me were to either wait or get a refund. Then when they finally went to fulfill my order, they refunded half of the items I had ordered because they sold me things they didn't actually own. There are tons of other companies out there that make comfortable work pants that are way more dependable. My recommendation would be to go find one of them.
I used to be the BIGGEST fan of Betabrand and have ordered from them multiple times. However - I have waited since APRIL for my order! I was told by 3 different representatives that my order would be shipped within a few weeks of contacting them. Most recently I was told no later than the 2nd week of September. 4 months of waiting is completely ridiculous. I get constant emails and marketing advertising and I don't feel comfortable ordering because I won't ever get the product.
I have already filed a complaint with Afterpay and I will be posting online reviews and reaching out to the BBB.
The shipping guarantee is a bait and switch and to continue marketing clothes knowing it's a 4+ month turnaround on shipping is outrageous and laughable.
I ordered pants on May 29th. I never received them. On August 10th I emailed them and on August 11th I got an email stating warehouse/shipping issues. The email said by the end of the month they hoped to have the issues resolved. Today I still don't have my pants but they charged my card as soon as I ordered. I have about 5 pair of their pants and love them but I won't order anymore. I am now trying to cancel but having trouble talking to someone live. May 29,2023 paid unfulfilled Track Order $62
Really bad that this company advertises available product and then takes your money knowing they cannot ship. You have to contact them several times to get an refund while they keep saying not to worry, shipping soon. Too bad because the product is great but their customer service/advertising is misleading. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet or had a complaint filed. This happened to me twice.
I ordered pants two months ago. One pair arrived a month later but the other pair was never shipped. I had to reach out to them and was just told that they are general delays. I finally cancelled the order since I doubted I was going to get the product. The worst part is that I get marketing emails almost daily when they cannot fulfill their orders.
For the pants that I did recieve, they were fine, but not worth the wait.
Answer: I hang dry mine and wash in cold water. No issues. I've had them for 8 years or so
Answer: I am the same size and DO NOT ORDER! Made in China and the sizes are not true. Sending all back and hoping there will be no issues. Great idea but not for larger women.
