Sadly these are cheaply made, one leg was longer than the other and there was an point in the side due to poor workmanship.
Love the pants but need help with different styles. I'm very frustrated that I can't communicate with a live, knowledgeable person.
I emailed to get an update on my order and the customer service rep said that since my order has left the warehouse, there was nothing they can do. No refund and they couldn't re-place the order. She told me to contact them in another 10 days if they had not arrived. Her suggestion was to reorder my entire order and get a refund once both orders arrived. There's no way I was giving any more money. So I guess I'm going to wait a few weeks then I'll call my credit card to see if there's anything they can do as the order was not filled.

I pre-ordered 2 pants from them, finally got my pants 4 months later to find out that the leggings were too long for me. I had to return them and before I did, I sent them an email asking what to do when the size that I want to exchange is currently out of stock. She advised me to return my order and get store credits. So you get like 10% off when you participate in their crowdfunding projects. The full price for each pair was around $60 at that time (with the discount I got them for about $47 per pair) but after the release the price went up to $78. They offer you a bonus 10% extra when you chose to exchange you returns for store credits. Which was not worth it, I will still have to pay an extra $20 with a 20% discount code for the same style of pants but just different size. I thought about it after I sent my returns and emailed them again asking them to change my exchange method to the size that I wanted which was just became available at the time. They said no and told me once I chose the method, it cannot be change and did not advise me on any other alternatives that I could do/they could offer me. "You asked for store credit, so we are giving you store credit" So I replied back saying that its like they said f*** you in my face (yes I was mad) and she replied back to me real quick saying she did not appreciate that I used profanity and issued me my refund which I was happy with (hence why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1) I will not want to deal with them again and won't recommend them to anyone. Their pants are nice and comfortable but it does not worth $78, maybe $60 and it wasn't worth the 4 months wait.
So i was incredibly skeptical but I'm converted... I've been wearing my blue pants pretty much every day, they're so freaking comfy.
I'm over 6 foot (185cm) and find it so frustrating to find comfy pants to wear - saw these came in a long 34" inseam, read a few reviews and thought stuff it, i'll give it a shot. Bought 2 pairs of pants, fully expecting it to take weeks and literally the first pair arrived in DAYS - I ordered on 16th and my blue pants arrived on 23rd july! Was a bit suss that the other pair were missing (one of the review I read mentioned they only ever received part of their order) so I emailed them, and they replied the same day. The gingham pants finally arrived 7th August, so all in all it was less than a month from ordering to completion.
Now I bought them to wear around the house or duck out to the shops with the kids etc, as it's a step up from active wear, but I personally wouldn't wear them to work with my thunder thighs - they're basically thick yoga pants so perfect for winter around the house or going out, but too body hugging for the office unless you have fantastic legs - which I do not haha.
I confess, I haven't put them through the washing machine yet... I'm worried they might shrink... will update once I've built up the courage.
All in all, a solid 8/10 - exactly what I was expecting, been wanting pants like this for ages - comfy as leggings or trackie pants, but slightly better looking. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is I would say they're a bit pricey for what they are - dressy leggings.
Paid a lot of money for a pair of jeans that I never received. I will not order anything from them again.
Company promotes product, specials and discounts but cannot/will not deliver. Don't waste your time.
I ordered a large size black dress, I'm 5'7" and 155lbs, large chest, wide back and broad shoulders, I think the medium size would fit me better.
I was supposed to get 40%off my first order, but I did6 get it. I like the pants but not happy about being lied to.

I ordered one pair on 11/22/21. They were 30% off due to Black Friday deals so my total was $52. Ordered for a temporary holiday job so I expected to have them by first week of December. Mid December comes so I start my email and what happens next is bad business practices. Ben assured me they were on the way but due to covid and the holidays and them being in Australia (I'm American) that shipping was slow. Christmas passes and not only are they still not here, but I can't track the shipping bc Ben said it was being passed to my carrier and it wasn't updated but "not to worry they are on the way. New Years Eve & my patience is wearing thin. Ben offers me 2 options. 1. Is a full refund & & a 25% discount to order when they aren't busy. 2. Is a 50% discount refunded immediately while I wait for them to arrive. I choose option 2 but he only refunds me $11! He says something shady af about the math, and explains he was giving me 50% off the original 30% that I didn't pay due to the Black Friday sale. UMMM WHAT!?! That's the dumbest thing I ever heard of & it sure as sh*t don't equal 1/2 off my original $52 purchase. It's now January 10,2022 and I'm fed up. I can't track these invisible pants I ordered, don't know when they're coming, they jipped me on the 1/2 off $52 I paid, and Ben NEVER responded to me questioning the $26 I was supposed to receive & instead got $11. So I ask for a full refund. Keep in mind I paid $52 & he only refunded $11 so far. Ben says yes I'll get a full refund and proceeds to refund me a mere $28! That's $39 refunded when I paid $52! Now Ben is suspiciously silent on my remainder which is about $12. See, this is how they are scamming people. I asked for a full refund and was given partial & I was very persistent. If they kept my $12 then that means they're keeping other peoples money, and probably amassing lots of money with this shady a** business practice. I WILL be calling my bank and if I ever get those pants they damn sure won't be making a return trip home! Do not trust. Do not buy. They are liars, thieves, and scammers!
These clothes are very comfortable, they are easy to clean, and they tend to be flattering cuts. The problems, unfortunately, are many, particularly considering how pricey these clothes are: First of all, the sizing is wildly inconsistent. I had a couple of pieces (pants and dress) in large that fit me well, so I thought that was my Betabrand size. Then I got a large top that I was swimming in, a large blazer that—once it finally arrived months later—was tiny and barely stretched across my shoulders, and another pair of the same style pants I already had that were quite snug. This is a huge problem because not only will you have to return the item and wait for an exchange to arrive (if you even can—sale items are not returnable), sometimes it takes so long to receive it in the first place that by the time you do, the size you need to exchange it for will likely be out of stock.
The order-fulfillment times vary between a few weeks and a few months, and sometimes you never receive the item at all and have to request a refund after checking in and being told they can no longer source the fabric. I understand if an item is a new release/preorder that I won't get it right away, but when an item has been around for a long time and is sold out in many sizes and there is no mention of it being a preorder or backorder, I expect it to be fulfilled in the 2-4 days stated in the confirmation email. And I certainly expect that if an item I have ordered becomes unavailable, they will notify and refund me. They need to indicate clearly on the product page and at checkout when an item is not in stock and ready to ship. On my most recent order, there was even a choice to pay for express shipping on an item that, as it turns out, isn't even in stock and remains unfulfilled two weeks later!
Additionally, customer service is slow to respond (I imagine this is because they don't hire enough people to handle all the issues people have with the sizing and order fulfillment). I checked in about an unfulfilled order via chat and was told I'd receive an email with an update, and waited days hearing nothing until finally checking in again. Still no word. Typically when they do respond, they will offer you a retroactive 20% discount to keep waiting, or you can cancel and get a refund.
If you can actually get your hands on the clothes and they happen to fit you, you'll probably be happy with them, and I do have a couple of pieces that I love and wear a lot for work, but the sizing issues and order delays have happened so often that I am likely not going to order from them again. Not worth it!

Answer: I am the same size and DO NOT ORDER! Made in China and the sizes are not true. Sending all back and hoping there will be no issues. Great idea but not for larger women.
