I would never wear yoga pants out let alone to work. But these pants are incredible. They look professional and feel high quality and are so comfy.

I wanted to try these pants so ordered 2 of them 11/30/21 at $96 each and received 30% off (total $134). I knew there was a 10-12 day shipping time but as of 12/20 still no shipment so I contacted them. They returned my funds quickly and offered a one time 40% off purchase. The problem with that is now the same pants are $128 each so reordering the same pants 22 days later would cost me $154, an extra $20 at no fault of mine.
I have bought two pairs of cool-looking Betabrand yoga pants and a tunic. All came in one package. Unfortunately, the pants are the wrong size. Tried to exchange. The website warns you not to send ANYTHING that does not appear on their authorization form. OK.
For some reason, only one pair of pants is showing as "to be returned". Wrote to the company - got almost form letter response. Tired to follow the generic suggestions in the letter - NONE work. Wrote to the company with the request of help. Silence. Wrote again - silence. THOSE PANTS ARE NOT CHEAP! So, at this point, it looks that I would lose half the money or all the money...
Been seeing these yoga pants all over my computer and social media. Says company is from CA, but it is being shipped from China or Japan?! Very skeptical that I will ever get my pants or be happy with them... Prove me wrong Betabrand
I've ordered from Betanrand over the last few years. I thought initially their service was poor and slow due to being new, but that has not been the case. Recently had to return items due to stitching coming out of the jeans in the first week—TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in that they are apathetic and don't care about servicing someone who paid a lot of money for jeans. Ugh.
I ordered directly from Betabrand. I have a couple of other pairs of their pants, and know they are of decent quality. Definitely not $68 quality, though. I ordered some new ones on 8/14, and still don't have them. Until a few days ago, the tracking site said "label created." They assured me it was a mistake and they'd be there very soon. I truly believe they didn't ship them until I reached out 10+ days later, because now the projected delivery is 9/1. Ridiculous.
Way overpriced for what it is. Item not available when ordered, which did not become clear until after order was placed. Called to cancel order and their phone number is just a pre-recorded message with no option to speak to customer service. Emailed to request a refund. Refund incompletely processed. Had to email multiple times before I got a response. Would NOT recommended to a friend. Definitely will never order from them again.
Upon ordering and giving my card info, the order confirmation came back that my pants were on back order. So what that tells me is 1) Perhaps this company is using order money to fund orders as they go along or 2) Their business planning does not allow for them to maintain a decent stock of their products. Either way, this is a shoddy way to run a business. I'm contacting my card to cancel payment on this order. When I order a product and spend my hard earned money, I want that product within a week or two, not 4-6 weeks (yup, that's how long my order will take) Not worth the time, don't bother.
I placed an order, making sure NOT to choose anything the site said was delayed shipping. After placing my order they immediately charged my card but now two months later they still haven't shipped the pants! But they have my money. Always the same excuse. Warehouse delays. They can't ship my pants but they still send emails every day saying they're having sales or specials. How can they keep selling if they don't ship what was sold and paid for? So disappointing.
Something has happened to this once amazing company. They are either going down or they have already folded but refuse to admit it.
I ordered a Dandelion-colored Marilyn Dress on 3 August 2023, and was promised shipment in September. A "pre-order." Fast-forward to October, the price is basically cut in half from what I originally paid, and I was promised a reduction in price as well as fulfillment of product.
I have still not received my dress nor responses to my emails requesting shipment updates and/or refunds. Buyers beware; I wish I had found this forum in August. I have so many beautiful and durable items from BetaBrand, but I guess I won't own any more. I loved this company and their utilitarian style and design. I'm so disheartened by this and dreading finding yet another company like them. Le sigh.
I have ordered 3 pairs of pants and LOVE the ones I've received. However, their shipping is crap and their customer service could care less that it's been over a month and I still haven't received one of the pairs. I ordered 2 pairs, one pair arrived fairly quickly, but the other pair took a month before they ever created a shipping label. And now it sits in purgatory waiting for them to actually drop off the item to USPS. Creating a shipping label does not equal shipped!
The clothes are nice but I bought a pair of pants on sale, and the poop shirt and it came to $120.48 with the sale price and the discount code which is what my receipt said. But they actually charged me $95 more than that with no explanation or anything and trying to talk to them about it is a painful process. They don't want to make it right or even talk about it. Screw these guys but your overpriced clothing somewhere else. At least the other places won't double over charge you

I placed an order on April 1 and today is July 3. My order still hasn't shipped. The reply I continually get is there is a problem at the warehouse or it will ship mid month or by the end of the month. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged when the order was placed. They have had the benefit of using my money for three months. Let's hope they issue a refund quickly when I cancel my order.
Update: I contacted customer service once again and was told that my order should ship by the second week of July. Within a day or two, I received an email not telling me that my order was shipped but that a refund has been processed. As much as I like their pants, I will not be purchasing anything from them ever again. Poor customer service, you can't call them, you either have to do chat or email. Poor communication within the company. One department doesn't know what the other is doing. Terrible internal organization. 2023-07-08.

I got my first pair of Betabrand pants in 2014, they were so comfy and professional looking that I bought more. My first pair of pants finally wore down around 2019 after multiple wears each week. Currently my oldest pair are from 2015 and I've worn to work, the gym, and around the house. They are still super comfy and look great for my office. Highly recommend!
I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but decided to go for it. I ordered two pairs of pants, one said unavailable until October and would ship then. Well... I received both pair of pants 4 DAYS after ordering (mid-September). I received an email showing order details and again when they shipped. The pants are amazingly comfortable, thick and soft. Very impressed|!
Betabrand sells product with a written ship date, e.g., delivery in October. Twice I have placed an order, not delivered, and upon follow-up received an automated message that Betabrand is experiencing supply chain and product delivery issues. Purchase in August never available (although charged), purchase in September to be delivered in October, still not delivered and it is mid-November. Receive the same canned excuse. Do not expect professional customer service nor delivery of product falsely advertised for sale.
I ordered 3 pair of pants that showed available. After a month of no product, I called and they said they had the pants but had issues in their warehouse. I asked for ETA and they gave a 3 week ETA. I went through this exact same scenario every month for 2 more months and finally cancelled the order. They then sent me an email saying they had the pants in stock and they were available for shipping. I ordered again. This time at a more discounted rate. That was over 2 weeks ago and the pants still haven't shipped. Very disappointed as this company started out with excellent customer service and was able to meet their commitments. Now they don't seem to have a phone # to call, just an email or chat option. Hope they can turn things around because they are one of the few companies that sell tall pants.
I ordered two items, they sent the wrong product. Online it said I had ordered a pair of black wool yoga pants. I can only hope I can get my money refunded. If you're smart you won't order from this company.
I ordered a pair of traveling yoga pants that they had for sale on their website. After 7 days and not hearing anything from the company, I called. I was informed that that particular yoga pant had sold out and should not have been placed on their website. I was really looking forward to wearing these on my upcoming trip, now I'm really disappointed and will not order from them again. Still waiting for the refund. Also, the guy in customer service hung up on me. Not a company I would recommend.
I ordered in April 2020 and it's July. I don't even know if I ordered the right size. Their customer phone says to email them instead. Can't talk to anyone. Their customer service hours are 8-6 pm PST. Really wanted to like these pants. Emailed them three times and still no product or refund.
Answer: I hang dry mine and wash in cold water. No issues. I've had them for 8 years or so
Answer: I am the same size and DO NOT ORDER! Made in China and the sizes are not true. Sending all back and hoping there will be no issues. Great idea but not for larger women.
