I've ordered from Betanrand over the last few years. I thought initially their service was poor and slow due to being new, but that has not been the case. Recently had to return items due to stitching coming out of the jeans in the first weekâTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in that they are apathetic and don't care about servicing someone who paid a lot of money for jeans. Ugh.
