I ordered two swings received one on July 5 2020 and second showed it would be here by July 13 2020 I'm unable to track it through the number provided to me and sent multiple requests to be contacted and still no delivery
Cheap products, both price-wise and quality wise. I wish you luck if you have a problem. You can expect a slow response time and virtually no meaningful solutions. Awful company!

Poor customer service
On May second, we ordered a solar powered bird bath. It came in a timely manner, but was damaged, and not from shipping. It was defective from the manufacturer,. It had a drill sized hole, so water would not hold. We contacted best choice and were told they would replace it and we would receive it within 10 days, two months later, nothing. We repeatedly contacted them and were told time and again they would be sending and constantly appologized for the delays.
Will never purchase anything from this company again. Poor customer service.

Received a damaged crank handle on a 10' offset patio umbrella. Contacted Best Choice Products help line and was told the umbrella and part was no longer available. Same problem as previous reviews. Be aware, if you receive a defective part, you will likely not be able to get a replacement.

I bought an umbrella and within 6 weeks it was already broken and they said that their SYSTEM will NOT allow them to replace it. Did NOT know I was buying from a system instead of s retailer. Very bad customer service. No replacement parts. I ordered the ride on 12v atv for my son. The foot switch failed due to poor manufacture process. There wasn't enough room to accommodate the foot switch and the wire harness. This caused the switch to failed from being pressed against by the wires and the foot pedal.
When i asked for replacement parts, they said they had none. When i asked for a part number. They said they could not provide any.
I have pulled kids atv's our the the dump and fixed them. They are still running to this day. There is no reason this should be so difficult.
What company can't support their own products. Do not support this company.

Impressive Air Fryer. I have tried Chicken, Steak, Fries, Tater Tots and Fish. "Perfect Cook". Still working on Ribs and Wings as "not so good" needs work, but not the Fryers fault. I wish I would have DUMPED my deep fryer years ago. Love it!
My order for a jeep power wheels was processed and I received emails that it was being shipped. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived. When I emailed the company they said it was out of stock and after 3 weeks they processed a refund. They never contacted me or informed me of the issue from the time of purchase to after me contacting them. Because Of this incident my daughter didn't get a birthday present on her birthday. This company cannot be contacted via phone, you can only email them and it takes over a day to get a response. This company provided unacceptable customer service and I will never shop on there site again.

Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
