How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Best Choice Products?

My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.

I had no problem. I called very late at night once, and they were taking calls then also. It was a couple rings and a live voice at the other end of the phone.

Customer service is very nice and helpful. No worries for me when they helped me.

I contacted them no problem and the service was the best I've ever had bar none.
If someone is having trouble calling customer service is probably dialing the wrong number.
But that's just a thought.

Not easy! Good luck I finally hung up after they sent me over to Capital One, and my question wasn't even about a credit card!

Impossible. There is no customer service phone number listed. BCP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I BOUGHT AN AIR CONDITIONER THAT QUIT WORKING 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. BCP SAID, TOO BAD. OUT OF WARRANTY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEEP MADE IN CHINA CRAP!
