Delivery of my beautiful new acacia wooden swing was prompt and the carton packaging very well secured as well as the product inside was wrapped independently and securely to alleviate any damage to the product itself during shipping. Each part was labeled and as per instruction manual. I was highly impressed with the quality, value and ease of and short assembly time. There was but one small problem, there was one missing chain link and eye screw from one of the lengths of chains, but a necessary component for installation. No problem, with just one quick call to Best Choice Products Customer Service, my replacement was promptly sent out. Customer Service was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout the call. I love my swing and have already referred Best Choice Products to family and friends! I have bought patio umbrellas from the\is merchant over the years without problem. However, one that I recently ordered was defective. Unfortunately, I was so swamped at work that I let the time run before contacting them about it. Although the grace period for a refund had past, they said they were willing to replace the umbrella to ensure my satisfaction. I agreed to this, but was not sure I would hear from them again. Less than a week later, the package arrived. They have kept me as a cutomer.
I ordered a pergola that arrived damaged. I sent an email that was not responded to so called on the 5th day. My issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. I spoke to Melody, she was able to confirm that replacement parts were not available so had a new pergola shipped. It arrived within a few days. Im impressed with the customer service and the company's urgency in making the order correct.
Ordered BCP solar umbrella through my Amazon account. After finding an issue with the solar panel, I contacted BCP and they immediately agreed to send a replacement.

I went to order some raised garden beds through BCP and really researched the company and the reviews. It seemed like a reputable company with great service and products. So...I went and placed my order. I even signed up for rewards. Then I get a confirmation email about order. Then later, I get another email stating my order was cancelled...? No reason why or anything. I go to my account at BCP and it still shows I have an order with an actual order number. I even have reward points and Rakuten points... I click on the number to track it and a tracking window opens with no information on it. I decide to wait a day or so, in case it is still in processing. Acouple days later I go to check and it's still the same. I decide to talk to someone in BCP Chat. Alyana responds, very politely. She checks my information and this is the resulting conversation. My frustration is their ordering system that automatically kicks out a customer's order...without any explanation. Alyana was still very polite, but did not seem concerned with the issue. She had to send me a link - one not on the site that I found - in order to know their shipping policy. I hope the company reads this and realizes the flaw in their automatic system. Automation doesn't replace reaching out to a customer when there is an error in an order, especially when it's a first time customer. Anyone in business knows that it takes MONTHS to find a customer and seconds to lose one. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Hopefully this is helpful.

After receiving a beautiful raised garden bed as a gift, I found that the assembly instructions had been removed. I visited Best Choice Products website in an attempt to locate the model number. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful. I then contacted the help email and received a very prompt reply from Darius at BCP. He sent website links and a pdf of the instructions. It was effortless! I would definitely recommend this company!
I am so happy with my trellis box planter - can't wait till my Clematis climbs the trellis. I ordered 2 and one of them came broken. I contacted customer support and they gave me an immediate refund. This company backs their products and were so friendly.
I purchased an adjustable bed base.
When it arrived early it was all two of us could do to move the box into the house.
First thing that crossed my mind was that this felt like quality goods and I was right.
All I had to do was screw in 6 legs and plug in the power supply and it was ready to use.
This bed base came with all of the functions of others for a fraction of the cost so I was very surprised by the quality.
I had one function button on the remote control that didn't work.
When I called customer support we went through all of the troubleshooting steps to fix the problem and in the end my problem was fixed beyond all of my expectations.
I highly recommend this company not only for their quality products but the best customer service experience I have ever had.
Being 67 years old I've had my share of disappointments but this was above and beyond.
We had an issue with broken back wheels on the car we bought. Contacted the company and they are sending new wheel covers and providing a sizable refund because of the screws they can't provide. Not happy that it broke after paying all this money for the car but company is super helpful and stands behind its products.
I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Best Choice Products when I tried to return a damaged chair.
When I unboxed the chair, I found two damaged parts that made it impossible to assemble. I contacted customer support and asked for replacement parts. They sent me an entirely new chair, so I now had two chairs and many unused parts.
I boxed up the remaining parts and asked Best Choice Products to collect the damaged chair. They refused several times, and even told me to just throw the chair away. The chair weighs over 100 pounds, and they said I would have to pay for the shipping to return it.
I sent several emails to customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this situation.
I would advise anyone considering purchasing a chair from Best Choice Products to be aware of their customer service policies. They may not be willing to help you if you have a problem with your product.

I had a recent web chat regarding an incorrect order that I had placed by accident. The CSR was very through, informative & helpful. She gave me several options to correct my error.
They have many different products at great prices and the quality is comparable to many other competitors.
The items I ordered (one patio umbrella and one umbrella base) wouldn't fit in my space. The mistake was mine. The agent I contacted to return both items was very polite, professional, understood the issue and she took care of it right away. She issued the two free shipping return labels immediately and she made sure I was satisfied. Excellent service. I will definitely purchase again BestChoiceproducts.
