I have shopped here several times and I have always been happy with my products. I have experienced problems with two different items and the company has replaced them for me for free! The customer service is beyond incredible and you just can't beat Best Choice Products! They truly care about their customers and you won't find any other company that treats you better, guaranteed! Top notch all the way and greatly appreciated, especially these days!
I recently had an issue with a Best Choice Products cantilever umbrella. It is a beautiful product. A part popped off during extreme heat and would no longer open. I wrote to the company to see if I could get the part replaced. I emailed customer service and they replied very quickly. Each representative I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. I am a 70 year old woman whose best friend assembled the original umbrella for me. This spring, my friend passed away. I told Best Choice Products about my situation and asked if it would be possible to simply send the part that popped off and asked if I could possibly repair it myself. Instead, they were so considerate, that they replaced the whole umbrella at no charge. I have never had such helpful and kind customer service in my life. I am so very pleased and grateful to have received the replacement - which is now set up in my back yard. I highly recommend this company's products and excellent customer service.
I was afraid of what showed up because everywhere else I've seen this chair it was double the price. Came within a couple of days of me ordering (SUPER fast). I will say the instructions were a bit harder to read but all in all everything was included with the packaging including the tools needed to assemble. Very happy with my purchase and the service received.
I purchased a shelving unit from Best Choice. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.
The shelf was easy to assemble. We did find a manufacturing defect in one of the metal side sections. One of the screws that holds the back crossbar in place would not stay in place. The opening for the screw was either stripped or not manufactured correctly, so the screw will not hold the back cross bar in place.
I contacted the customer service department via email and sent them photos of the issue. They responded quickly. I had hoped to get a replacement part of the shelf unit or possibly have a work order for future repairs. Best Products customer service felt that the best way to take care of the issue was to ship a new shelf. That decision exceeded my expectations. The representatives I dealt with were professional and very easy to talk to. They communicated quickly and made me feel very comfortable.
I'm in love with the chair. Only reason I am giving 4 stars because the assembly took for 2 hrs. The nails are recommended for the front of the seat piece weren't long enough. Used extra long nails came with it
Most comfortable chair in my lanai. Can easily sleep in there.
Only other thing I can recommend to have a ticker cushions as a future reference.
I advised BCP via email and photo that the top portion of my Christmas tree was smaller than the rest. They offered 25% discount which I accepted. They then offered a free replacement. I turned that down. The tree is quite nice so no need for a replacement.
Making Home Depot look bad! Every bag was taped shut not sealed. Reused bubble wrap thrown in. Everything was going smooth until I got to the culprit that caused the original return. If you are going to ship returned products to a new customer have the decency of checking it out first! Planned on spending the day designing my bird sanctuary and you all put a HUGE damper in it.

Bought a seven piece patio set. Did not receive all the parts and had no hardware to put together. Unfortunately it was passed the 60 day warranty so no help received. Be very careful of this company. They do not stand by their products.

Only lasted one season before the plastic on the handle around the crank cracked. Didn't have anything to do with stress, definitely a manufacturing defect. They refused to replace it. Don't recommend spending your money here.

Ordered a swing from them via Wal-Mart Fall of last year, went to put it together this spring and I lost the screws. I called for replacement parts which I was expecting to pay for, they said they don't have replacement parts, are you kidding me? What a joke! Avoid this companies products at all costs.

I finally found my table with shelves. It was damaged during shipping. I called and talked with Melody. Excellent customer service. I emailed her a picture of the damage and she assured me that they would send me another one. It arrived in 5 days. I am so happy with my table. I will be looking to purchase more from Best Choice Products in the future.
I ordered a Dutch Oven pot for a Christmas gift. It was a beautiful blue color, which was exactly what was requested. Only got 1.5 uses out of it before the enamel on the inside cracked and popped up, making the pot unusable. Reaching out to customer service, they asked me what happened and to send a picture. I did all that just for them to tell me I was outside of the return period and there was nothing they could do. There could and should have been some other resolution. I'm stuck with a pot that may as well become a garden planter at this point, and they have my money. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a holiday lighted display which arrived super fast, was beautiful, and easy to assemble. Until the lights in the moose's antlers and head never came on. I called them and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement I had in hand in two days. They said I don't need to return the malfunctioning item, saving me the hassle of packing and mailing. So easy, and I am very satisfied with both the product and their dedication to standing by their merchandise.
My umbrella stand arrived with some damage. Best choice responded quickly. Sent a replacement without requiring a return. Would definitely recommend to friends.
I ordered outdoor lounge chairs. First, they are extremely well constructed, light weight, easy to fold and position. I ordered sage green and the color was exactly as pictured. They were shipped 2 chairs per box and one box arrived smashed. And one chair arm was smashed also! Customer Service? Incredible! Customer service is sending a replacement arm rest (one of the things I really like about this chair is that you can get replacement parts! Awesome!) and I should receive it this week. I wanted chairs for poolside that I could carry, set up, and take down and clean when needed without hiring extra chair help. These chairs are perfect for that and they have so many positions that anyone would be comfortable. My True Love (my husband) dropped some mustard on one chair and it immediately cleaned up easily leaving no stain. So here you have a quality product at a very modest price backed by incredible customer service—so feel confident about your order. Yes, they are made in China and shipped out of California and yes, the quality is excellent! The price may be modest but the chair isn't cheap—and yes, I would order again and recommend this company to anyone! A superb company offering reasonably priced quality backed up not only by an excellent Customer Service but also replacement parts! Excellent! Ten stars!
I recently purchased a folding rocking chair online from Best Choice Products. I was not familiar with the company but decided to give it a try. The rocker arrived in the time frame projected although it was damaged upon arrival, most likely in shipment due to the condition of the box upon arrival. I was very disappointed and promptly phoned customer service. WOW! I could not believe I was able to speak to actual people who were very apologetic and sent a replacement rocker which arrived in exactly the time frame they specified. I am beyond surprised at the customer service this company provides and the quality and look of the item. I took a chance and ordered a dining set without reviews. It came via FedEx, safely packaged and with clear instructions. I put it together alone in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend.
Bought a 3 piece sectional with ottoman, faux leather they sent an incomplete box with missing parts no hardware no way to put the furniture together. They said another box was to arrive it never arrived. They won't issue my $519.99 credit. I get the run around from different customer service associates every time i called. I ordered 2 Zero Gravity Chairs. Always wanted some. Their price was best I could find! They were delivered 2 days after my order! And both chairs were intact and had great workmanship! Very, very pleased! Will DEFINITELY do business w them again! The free shipping was a plus also! You just cant beat this company! Im pretty particular also!
